The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Vista at Washington Park
Do not live here! Pervasive mice issue that was not fixed in over a year. Amenities aren’t as advertised (peloton doesn’t work, etc). Pest issue is why there are so many open units now.
The view from the rooftop is great, and the maintenance and management are responsive. However, I have been woken up by my neighbors slamming cabinets, can hear neighbors' conversations, morning alarms, and music in both my living room and bedroom, ALL THE TIME. The apartment was marketed to me as soundproof and has been anything but. If you don't mind hearing your neighbors sneeze, then sure, it's fine; a bit overpriced for no dishwasher or in-unit laundry.

West Washington Park, near to Denver's SoBo bars and restaurants, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, Washington Park. Apartments priced right, clean and newly remodeled. Friendly residents, management responsive. Overall, a really good place to live!

This place is ran like a clown college. The administration is unaccommodating and they have had numerous "clerical errors" in our lease, The older residents here are not nice and certainly are not welcoming. They are upset that their 55 community now allows anyone to lease here. I've lived here a week and want to move out already. The atmosphere is terrible. I hate it here - don't waste your time, look elsewhere.

We are pleased to hear that you are enjoying the great views and excellent location of our community! We consider the diverse demographic at Vita Flats an asset to our community and we are sorry to hear about your individual experience. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that all of our leases are month-to-month and offer you the flexibility to leave with 90 days notice to the landlord. A lot of residents appreciate this flexibility and we encourage them to exercise that option when it makes sense for them. Our team is committed to customer service and would welcome the opportunity to re-address these issues with you as well as any others that you might be experiencing.
We found Vita Flats, and fell in love right away. Our space is amazing, and has a view of downtown and the mountains. Vita Flats also has an amazing rooftop that is completely redone and one of the only rooftops in the area. The management is great as well; they respond to problems in a reasonable amount of time.

Vita Flats is a 10-story apartment building located near Washington Park, but close to downtown Denver. They are renovating the building - putting in hardwood floors, re-vamping the common area, media room and kitchen. It is a mess!!! But the outcome will be nice. We have a rooftop garden area - to watch the beautiful sunsets in Colorado. The people here are very nice.I have been here 2 years and I really like it.
