Proximity to schools and public transportation is a plus. Since it’s Old community accessories are too old. Rent side also i feel it’s high when compared to newly constructed apartments nearby are par what I am paying here.

Good neighborhood. Play area can be expanded. Sad thing is same court for tennis and pickle ball. Though maintenance staff is not understanding English, managing ok. Maintenance is good so far.

Not good in getting services done on complaints. There are some urgent things to be fixed ... which i raise it takes days to fix or never respond on resolution

Very good amenities and ample parking space. Children play area and pickle ball/tennis court are very well maintained and accessible for the residents. There is good space for walking around the community as well.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Severe Palmetto bug/roach problem and leasing office tries to blame residents for the issue. Have been mitigating this issue since the day I moved in, just to be dismissed and gaslit by the leasing office. I have the emails to prove that the day I moved in I had to request pest control in the middle of the night, not even 12 hours after getting my keys.
Good Community but the service request are not done in time, I think if that ETA can be decreased then that would be one of the best apartment to live in.

The amenities and neighborhood look good. I appreciate the addition of the pickleball court in the tennis area—it’s a great idea, and I see many people enjoying the game. I would suggest adding one more pickleball court to meet the demand. On the other hand, I’ve been facing recurring issues with the dishwasher, which only get temporarily resolved through service requests. Additionally, the car cleaning area is often dirty, with frequent waterlogging and leaking pipes.
Nice place to live in. We have a variety of amenities here and a nice society to live with and has all sorts of shops near my home. We have Patel , Indian wholesale , target , Walmart , marshals all nearby the home.
The community is fine. It is the administration that is terrible. They put a mistaken $250 charge on our account concerning a dog that we don't even own, and have not removed it yet, and the payment feature does not permit you to pay less than what is showing due, even when you don't owe that amount.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable great customer service. Apartment area clean, Comfortable environment. Apartment environment appears peaceful, clean , quiet. Everyone is kind and friendly. Excited to move in.
Nice place to live, with so many amenities including gym and pool and sufficient parking space. Very close to walmart and Ikea and other shopping outlets.
Vinoy is a wonderful community to live in peacefully and happily with your family. The surroundings are clean, giving a homely and secure feeling. The entire staff is very supportive, and Sarah White is especially humble and takes prompt action whenever we reach out for assistance. Overall, it has been a very good experience staying here so far.
Loved living in this community is very quiet and peaceful and the office staff are very helpful and friendly
It's average. If we raise the complaint they will come after few days. Very late response. Fron day 1 onwards we r facing the cockroaches problem.
Overall I have enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the grounds are kept up. No problems with parking although I pay for reserved parking. I will be renewing my lease.
The Vinoy offers an affordable and safe place to live. The grounds are well-maintained. The office staff and maintenance are always professional and courteous.
I have been here for about 3 weeks now and I love my apartment. This is the 4th one I’ve been to in Charlotte and this one is my favorite so far. The layout provides plenty of space for me and my fur baby even has his own space. The property is clean and the residents here seem to even have tennis matches where plenty of spectators sat around to watch. Definitely recommend
Very good environment and very fresh air. Nice ammunities and neighbours . Very good swimming pool and near to walmart, patel and university city blvd station hence it will easy to accessible to city.
Apartments were good when we moved here. Now, there are lots of pests inside and outside the house. Good neighbors and nearby stores is what makes the community worthy
I wish they would update the refrigerators mine has never froze as it should have it on the highest level still does not freeze as it should. They should exterminate every three to 4 months with being requested only allowing 20 apartments every Tuesday only. Other then that place is worth the price you are asking.
The apartments are clean and good to stay. it's spacious and most of them are newly renovated. Gives us the bright and vibrant feeling. I will recommend these apartments to my friends and family.
Apartments are close to public transportation and schools. But since apartments are aged might be rent paid towards it when compared with new apartments evolving in Charlotte area I believe rent should be reduced by at least 10%.
Good ambience. Good and friendly leasing office staff. Amenities are great. Neighborhoods are good. Maintenance also seems to be good.

Before check-in into apartment, management should check whether all the appliances and stuff are good and working fine. They should check and fix before renting this out. Pool needs to be clean, there are plenty of insects in pool which can make as ill. Balcony should be cleaned, here is my apartment more than 10 15 honey bees some has eaten to my kids and I complained but action are not taken care. There are many cockroach in apartment, no pesticide was done. Blind curtain are broken and turned but not changed. This is my first experience in this society for this management. I hope after seeing this survey, management will come with some conclusion and take action on this lackings.
Good community. Good experience and good staff. Good eco friendly and safer for now.But the service requests and other issues not getting sorted atleast in near time. It takes more than 15days. Also park amenities can be added more for children to enjoy.
Poor maintenance and leasing professionals are supportive.cleaning is not happening periodically.kids play area reached not maintained well. Swimming pools are nowadays not so clean.

I do want to stress that cleaning the interiors of our apartment homes do fall on the resident's responsibility. Our maintenance team completes grounds every morning to ensure that our property is free of trash, debris, etc. The playground was recently repainted, and we look forward to other upgrades in the future that we have detailed in our community updates sent via email. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning in addition to the pool chemicals being closely monitored every day. Please let me know what we can do to better assist you in the future.
They’re pretty good about us as long as rent is paid, sometimes I feel they need a gentle nudge to get actionable as done. But often they take care of us. I’m not a huge fan of the parking passes as I don’t believe we had an issue before. The community is safe, the apartment is cute - and I do enjoy staying here

I got lucky with the apartment I was given. With all new hard wood floors. I have heard some people talking about large cockroaches in their apartment. We have seen a few small ones. We live on the third floor

The apartments are spacious with high ceilings, good natural light, and modern conveniences like in-unit laundry and big closets. I also enjoy the balcony space and open layout. The community offers fantastic amenities—clean gym, resort-style pool, tennis courts, and even car wash facilities. The staff is friendly and responsive, especially the maintenance team. On the downside, I did experience some pest issues early on, but the team responded quickly and resolved it. Rent has increased a bit, so it’s worth checking where it fits in your budget. Overall, it’s a clean, well-maintained, and friendly place to live. Great for professionals, students, or small families looking for comfort and convenience in Charlotte.

They have roaches! You’re expected to stay on top of your air filter changes not them so keep watch! Buy your own in home bug spray! They will not keep up or follow up with spraying unless you request it.

Otherwise, we can provide you one anytime it is requested. Regarding pest control, we spray exteriors of all units and buildings routinely. Per NC law, we cannot complete an interior spray utilizing standard chemicals without your express permission to do so. Please ensure you are submitting a maintenance request for any items you would like fixed and we are happy to do so!
Nice apartment with good neighborhoods. I felt rent is high and apartments has be upgraded. Kids play area and security needs to be improved.

We like it here . We feel like home.. this is a good place to live and so many spots around the apartment to visit on weekends. Grocery runs are easy since it’s all nearby. The apartment has good pool that I’m excited to use in the summer and the gym facility is good too..

My experience is fine. Just wish parents would watch the kids more in parking lot and there toys all over lots where you drive. Also when they walk in lot they walk directly across entire lot as your driving

Proximity to public transport is good. But have other issues with electrical appliances and bath room fixtures in this community. SLA for service is also too long.

Awesome experiece so far. More kids friendly engaging events. wonderful Tennis court. Pathway is available throught out the community. Need to improve the play area equipment.
