We like it here . We feel like home.. this is a good place to live and so many spots around the apartment to visit on weekends. Grocery runs are easy since it’s all nearby. The apartment has good pool that I’m excited to use in the summer and the gym facility is good too..

My experience is fine. Just wish parents would watch the kids more in parking lot and there toys all over lots where you drive. Also when they walk in lot they walk directly across entire lot as your driving

Maintaince is very poor. Water problems. No safety on vehicle. Parking rules always changes and I did not receive any text message or email.
Proximity to public transport is good. But have other issues with electrical appliances and bath room fixtures in this community. SLA for service is also too long.

Not helpful management as far as new resident check in goes. We were never told woodwork is so old and were always told it is recently renovated apartment. Since we did everything online, to our surprise we found below average gas stove and wood work. Weed smell everywhere

We did let you know that while we are not a newly renovated community, we offer classic and renovated style apartment homes. Any wear and tear on our classic style units cannot be replaced as we are not actively renovating and the areas you brought to our attention cannot be resurfaced. We did offer you to view the apartment prior to move-in however that did not accommodate with your schedule as you stated. We do not have any gas stoves at our community and have not received any smell complaints from you. Please ensure you are contacting the office or our dispatch team anytime this takes place so we can address it and ensure it does not happen again.
I hate the strict parking rules. I never have company because of them. It’s too tedious for someone to have to park around the corner from my unit, bring them a tag to hang, and register with a QR code. Just have a few marked visitor spaces in each section. Also, I’m getting frustrated with having to call maintenance for the same issues because management doesn’t like to replace old appliances

Our parking system requires guests to scan the QR code at their parking space and register their vehicle online for the duration of their visit. No parking tags or temporary passes are required any longer! Please note registering guests is a requirement so we do not have students or outside guests taking up parking spaces for our residents. We are always happy to replace appliances if they cannot be repaired. Please contact the office directly so we have the opportunity to look into any repeated issues you have had recently. Spacious homes, patios, garages, good play area for kids, neatly maintained outer space for the people to use. It's overall a good experience in staying here except for the theft issues that we people face in various ways.

Beuatiful place, but the stairs and walkways need to be pressure washed and 5 attempts with their pest control company staill have bugs in the kitchen (they're not even on the lease).

Living here at the Vinoy innovation park has been good so far. Environment is clean except for the tenant living above our apartment, who makes too much noise whole day and sometimes late in the night as well. Have told them couple to times but they does not seems to bother

Quiet and Peaceful community, never had any issues, Just taking away the one star since the community management has changed its policies repeatedly in the last few years, apart from that the units in vinoy are very well maintained and serviced, the service times could really help with reduced waiting times. Overall not bad.

Customer service at the office are friendly, do their jobs well properly property manager is helpful. Garbage area needs to be cleaned. Dog poop canisters need to be pick up in timely manner not when the bin is filled and overflowing

You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review.
It's good living at the Vinoy, it's very close to all the amenities we need. But there's are some issues not resolved for the couple of years we have lived here,l. First, dog poop, it's not picked up and jus sits there. Second the trash gets collected many times and it's not emptied,multiple reasons for that. Third, the management is really not helpful or friendly,many times they just say it is what it is when we go with some concerns.

Mackenzie and Miranda have been great! The application process was a bit much and they were extremely thorough with the tour! I really believe I’m going to enjoy living here

A excellent place to live in with very good amenities. Kids friendly and spacious. Staffs are friendly and easily approachable. Issues and tickets raised are fixed immediately

Nice, quiet community in a nice little wooded pocket of University City next to the IBM/Wells Fargo tech hub offices. Nice pool and tennis court. Less than 5-10 minute drive away from any shop you might possibly need, whether it's in University City, Mallard Creek, or the Concord Mills mall area. Nice sidewalks on IBM Drive, I've walked to Belgate Shopping Plaza or WalMart no problem. ~10-15 mins to UNC Charlotte and ~15-30 mins from Uptown and South End depending on the time of day. Super easy to jump onto I-85 from either University City Blvd or WT Harris. I've been here for 3.5 years now all throughout school and the only reason I'm moving is bc of a new job. Miranda is a great property manager and the maintenance guys are the best, especially Mark! A negative for me is it's LOT of young families with kids. Generally no noise issues, but in the evening they ALL walk or play in the parking lot, even though the complex has plenty of sidewalks and open spaces. Drive slowly.

The Vinoy has been a great experience from the beginning introductions over the phone to signing the lease, it has been a great experience especially from Lorabeth! It is also in a relatovely safe and busy area with lots to do! Overall highly recommended for first time apartment buyers!like myself

It is too early to write a comment since we came a week ago. So far what we felt is good. Nice and spacious community . Staff also so responsive and helpful. Home also looks good and clean. Identified few minor issues and informed. Staff responded that they will work on those request closure.

Nothing is perfect but this is a great starter location. I have been living here for more than 3years now and I'm happy with everything so far. I moved to a two bedroom for more space and it's beautiful. I wished I moved earlier. I loved my one bedroom but the 2bedroom has so much more space. It has helped my family greatly. This is our home till we move to a house.
