This apartment was the best place for our life in the US! The apartment is always clean and beautiful, and all of the staff are very friendly, responsible and kind! If we move to the US again, we will choose to live here again! Our Japanese - level high standards were perfectly fulfilled. We had a wonderful time because of the every staff in this apartment!

The worst apartment ever stayed in my life. This has no non-smoking policy and the second hand smoke comes every one hour though the vent. Talking to the management is no help, they didn't do nothing to fix it. Do not stay here.

While the sign says "Apartment Homes", the apartments are not homes. As a resident, you have no overhead lighting in the apartment, you are not allowed to utilize the balcony by decorating it in the manner of your choice, no personal interaction from staff - all interaction through email or letters and the traffic can be heard inside the unit. In an upscale area of Germantown, TN, easy drive to Memphis attractions, and paying the exorbitant rent, one would think there would be much more "welcome" and ability to make this a true "Apartment Home".
