Move in was an easy process here which I’m thankful for. The community is quiet and well maintained, and my apartment has nice views which my cats love. Everyone I’ve met here has been very nice. The amenities are great as well and I love the TV package that comes included with the WiFi.

After searching for an apartment for 6 months I find the hammock ridge community to offer more for less there’s plenty of parking nice and quiet community many of the same activities and comfort at a cheaper price wonderful place to live

The Vineyards at Hammock Ridge, it is a beautiful place, well kept, clean and great location. We just moved it but not new to the area, so far it’s great, I love that it’s well lit, some friendly neighbors and not so friendly but that’s alright we are low key. Very nice quiet place to live, and awesome views from some sides! Things in the apartment are built to last, not be replaced with every tenant which is nice. Amenities are good quality, and neighbors are friendly here. (Not used to that) solid 9/10. Hopefully they don’t raise the rent next year!

The apartment itself is a nice apartment. I have issues contacting the office, getting my lease renewed, or getting answers with work orders.

Nice community but make sure you ask ALL questions before leasing because once you sign the lease you are ghosted by the leasing office.
We live here for 2 years the staff is amazing, They take care of everything before and after you move in.
I have lived at the Vineyards for six years now and have enjoyed my apartment, my neighbors, and the Management and Maintenance staffs. Plus, I'm only 30 minutes from downtown Orlando!

I love living in the vineyards at Hammock Ridge…..I love the staff and management…love my little apartment…..compared to others in the area..there is no comparison to the quality of what you really get plus there is really awful people that run some of the other surrounding apartment complexes….I’ve been through a lot so for the staff to make things easier for me to find and move in to my apartment here was a breath of fresh air believe me.

The best staff ever! Very caring and helpful. If ever a maintenance request, it’s always completed super fast! The landscaping is kept beautiful!! Very quiet and peaceful community??I love living here!!!

Beautiful apartments with an amazing view from the third story! Definitely the best apartment experience I have witnessed yet. Overall, the price is worth it considering the location, aesthetics, amenities, events, and friendliness and helpfulness of the management team.

I really like that the individual apartments are updated. Inside is very nice, however I think there could be better amenities like a fireplace by the pool or a hot tub. Also; the trash service and trash being displayed out on the curbs is so disgusting. Especially in the heat of Florida.

The Vineyards at Hammock Ridge is a great place to live. I am about to complete my third year here, and I still love my apartment. I feel safe here and office/maintenance staff have always been helpful and kind. I plan to stay here until I am ready to buy a house.

Do not move to this community, extremely noisy, no where to park and management staff who do not care, it is all about collecting the rent.

I have lived here at the Vineyards at Hammock Ridge for 7 months and they are the best. Aquiles and the office staff are extremely helpful. The maintenance staff is the best they handle any issues immediately., The property is well maintained, friendly neighbors and very quiet. I love living here.
