Nick, Cody, and the husband wife cleaning couple are a big bonus to the success of The Vine! Standards here are excellent! Amenities are great and the proximity to shops and restaurants is wonderful!

I have been living at the Vine since 2023! Besides the package delivery/claiming issues with Luxor and package concierge, I’m a satisfied tenant!

This is my second week since moving to The Vine, making it the third Bozzuto community I’ve lived in so far. The leasing office team here is nice, but I’m not sure why it’s taking so long to register the package locker and callbox. Another major issue is the highway noise, which is extremely annoying. I’m surprised that there hasn’t been any noise cancellation solution or any measures taken to reduce it.

A bit more noisy than I expected, but better after we put on a blackout curtain, overall it’s nice, love the leasing team officers and the coffee machine downstairs, community is clean and tidy.

This is my fifth year at the Vine and it's a great place to live. The location is perfect and the staff is fantastic. Much appreciation and gratitude to Cynthia!

Love The Vine! The staff and maintenance are very attentive and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and safe. I recently renewed for my 4th year! Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Neighbor upstairs can be a little heavy-footed and we have some kids who enjoy running the halls - both can be loud. It’s cold, so I’m sure the kiddos are just trying to find some fun. Either way, not a deal breaker. I recommend living here!

We LOVE living at the Vine! The management and maintenance personnel are TOP Tier! The amenities are great and we couldn't ask for a better community to raise a family!

I have enjoyed living at the vine! The location is 10 minutes drive away from Columbia town center and is close to all stuff! The apartment building is very new and has a pretty modern interior design. The staff are always professional, helpful, and friendly!

I really believe The Vine is at least a 4.5 but there’s always room for more things to rate that I just haven’t tried yet! There is a lot to offer here. Very stylish but not stuffy! Classy but not boring. Staff is a 10! Jaycee and Nike, KUDOS!! There is something for everyone. Lots to do. Plenty to enjoy.

I have not lived in an apartment building for nearly 50 years and I wasn't quite certain how I would respond to smaller living spaces, adjoining wall neighbors and parking spot searches. Turns out the experience has been great. The apartment is spacious and zero maintenance. The apartment complex and the grounds are very well maintained and all of the staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The neighbors, in fact the entire community, is very pleasant and very friendly. Parking is simple. On top of that this is a very pet friendly community and has great facilities and grounds for pets. That certainly had made life easier after having had a large property previously. Basically, with lots of options in and around Columbia for apartment living The Vine has been a great choice for us.

Since Spring 2022 The Vine has been my place of residence, and I have come to enjoy and trust the property management and maintenance teams, along with courteous neighbors. An excellent place to live and call my home, in a nice quaint neighborhood.

Appreciate the proactiveness of the management office. They have taken feedback from residents and taken action to make the resident experience e better.

The Vine has been a nice place to live for the last five years. I've enjoyed the location and food choices in the area. The walking paths are great for dog walking, running and riding bikes.

Great Commute from Howard county,md to DC Great Community Shopping centers. Just need the property maintenance to make sure all appliances work properly.

My partner and I moved into the Vine 2 months ago and we are very happy to be here. The community is wonderful. The apartments are very nice and the amenities are fantastic. We love living here!

I’ve had an awesome move in experience. Jaycee and Nick from the leasing office have been awesome. They have helped me every step of the way with anything I need. I keep on hearing from all the residents that I’m going to love it here and so far I definitely am.

Resident experience is mostly good. I would appreciate more enforcement on resident vehicles parking in the garage and not taking up guest parking spaces.

I like how quiet the atmosphere is. The noise level is low. The trash room is always clean, which is very important. The building in general is always clean as well.

The move-in process was smooth and convenient. The staff is welcoming and efficient. I love the amenities and common areas. The apartment is a true luxury experience with plenty of natural light.

I've lived in this immediate area for 28 years and didn't really want to leave the area after selling our home. While there were plenty of apartment buildings from which to choose the combination of the Vine facility, its grounds, its amenities, its personable and responsive staff made it a pretty easy decision. The first few days have not disappointed. The apartment actually seems spacious, even after leaving behind a 4500 sf house. The property is beautiful and very well maintained and everyone has been very friendly. Our 14 year old dog has very quickly settled in and there after lots of places to exercise him and tend to his needs. While there's the conveniences of plenty of shopping nearby and the highway just minutes away, for those looking for some solitude in the midst of greenery that seems far removed from those conveniences The Vine may be pretty unique in Howard County..

Our experience at the Vine apartment is overall pleasing! The location is close to Columbia, where most shops are located. But it’s also quiet and family oriented.

I have enjoyed living in this community for many years now. All of the Vine staff and management go above and beyond to make sure all residents needs are taken care of. Neighbors are friendly too!

The experience overall has been good but could be better. We are still dealing with neighbors smoking throughout the building. It would be great to see these people removed.

It's been 9 month living at the Vine, and it has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in thus far. All residents are super friendly, and I love how the apartment goes beyond to not only maintain the apartment but also provide an inclusive, fun living space for the residents (with activities, events, etc.)

The Vine is one of the best apartments around. Newer apartments with stylish interior in a safe area. No apartment is perfect (because it truly depends on how the tenants treat their home) however the Vine is close to it.

Very well kept, clean , fun filled rental community. Rental office staff are personable and kind. The surrounding retail areas and aesthetics are beautiful and neighbors are kind and friendly .

Love the fire pit, grills, walking paths, EV chargers, gym, pool table & byob bar! A first class complex. Take a short walk to restaurants, grocery, and more.

The community is a dog community for those that are dog lovers! Because dogs are in the community, I would like for The Vine to shampoo the hallways more than what is currently taking place. It’s not enough to keep germs and viruses from spreading! Otherwise, it’s a beautiful community! My family and friends love it! Of course, it’s a bit pricey! I wish they gave educator discounts!

We love living at the Vine, which offers an excellent, inclusive feeling of community. The onset of my introduction via my tour with Nick was inviting. His informative and genuine demeanor set the tone for my residency. The accommodations are impressive. I appreciate superb customer service and the positive attention to detail in Bryce, Christina, and Cynthia to residential concerns, which are exceedingly helpful. The grounds are immaculately maintained and give one peace of mind. The location is central to numerous shops and weekend events, keeping one engaged. I will advocate the Vine as a beautiful place to live and a lovely place to call home.
