DO NOT DO IT!

ROACHES!! On top of that, the air has been broken for 27 days, and maintenance just says “you’re on the list, we will get to you.” My next door neighbor was evicted in February, and management still hasn’t cleaned that apartment out(it’s 08/08 today,) and the front door is unlocked/open to this day. Did I mention the entire place reeks like dog urine? Overall the WORST place I’ve ever lived in my adult life, and you’re locked into a 12month lease.

HORRIBLE, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. IT DESERVES ZERO STARS

Let me be frank by saying the current property manager is a wolf in sheep's clothing. She does NOT honor her word. She blames everything on the owners (which I am sure deserve some of the blame) but as someone who is managing the property, your job title should be more than just collecting the rent!! To get something done, takes forever if they get around to it at all. I am a current resident and the ONLY POSITIVE IS THAT THE ROOMS ARE LARGE, THE APARTMENT ITSELF ALTHOUGH NEEDS SOME UPDATES AND REPAIRS, YOU CANNOT BEAT THE SPACE. Just don't ever need something done because she will LIE to your face and never do it NOR does she follow up to say why the work was not done. Trash removal is inadequate to say the lease. The property itself needs a lot of cosmetic work. The entire maintenance team needs to be fired, they are horrific. When they finally do come and do some repairs, it looks like a four year old did it. Even driving through the complex makes me sick because its filthy. Garbage EVERYWHERE, nothing aesthetically pleasing about the grounds. Lawns aren't manicured, dirty and disgusting pool area. It really seems their only concern is COLLECTING RENT. ONLY REASON I AM STILL THERE IS BECAUSE MY LEASE IS NOT UP. AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP, I AM RUNNING FOR THE HILLS AND NEVER LOOKING BACK. LEASE WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

The Villas Apartments

Hello I am a current resident at The Villas and have been here for the past 5 1/2 years I have had problems in the past with the old property manager Brenda and was thinking of moving . I changed my mind last year when a new property manager replaced her and started to make changes. The new property manager took her time and explained to us that the way the old property manager was doing business was not the way the owners fault and that they would be making lots of changes. The fist thing I noticed was management started removing anyone that was a trouble maker and causing issues. The nest change was every day the maintenance team starts off the day cleaning the whole property of trash (this never happened with previous management) The nest thing was the pool area and the office. The office was always a mess and smelled of smoke now it's always clean and well taken care of. Also the most important of them all work orders if you call one in it is completed the same day or the next. If it can't be completed there is always an explanation given and they come back when they say they would. I like living here because it is quite and my neighbors are friendly we watch out for each other. I hope this review helps if your looking for a nice safe place to call home.

Large Rooms

A great place to live after extensive research on where to rent in the area. There is so much storage in the apartments and rooms are HUGE. The overall feel of a neighborhood and the gate around the complex really makes it more unique. If only management was as truthful as they say especially the woman in the office. No one ever picks up phone calls, maintenance lies (never actually repairing items) and for people who are strict on bills to be paid on time, you would hope that they could at least respect our payments and do the necessary work needed in out homes. But no, they try to rush you to pay even though customer service is horrible. If management and maintenance doesn't improve, they will lose potential leasers because this location definitely grab the attention of leasers when renting. I really hope they change or I wont stay here for long. Renting was cheaper but they keep increasing rent and not keeping up quality work.

Rude management, roach and mice infested

If you want to live in a roach infested complex then this is the place for you...I highly recommend you find someplace else to live..Last summer the pool was barely open and then turned green a week later,roaches,mice,ants everywhere..RUN as far and fast as you can...

Awful

This place sucks!!! Their maintenance and management is really poor. They promise to send help when you need something done and they never deliver. We moved in for 3 months and where already infested with roaches and mice that were coming from a hole they promised to seal and never did. Can't wait for my lease to expire so i can leave.

Zero stars

This place has horrible management that repeatedly lie about completing work or making commitments that are not kept. Infested with roches and bed bugs. Do not rent here it's a horrible waste of money.

The Villas

The tennis court is not usable, with broken cement and overgrown ground. they put in new windows and call it a renovation. Badly painted cabinet doors, kitchen my have been updated in 2004, but needs to updated again, holes in the linoleum in kitchen and laundry area. Management is terrible, they take forever to take care of problems in your apartment, even then you have to make a request repeatedly.

The villas

The apartment complex is very fair priced. The bedrooms are large. The kitchens are updated. The staff is friendly and helpful! My apartment manager has always worked well to accommodate our needs. A lot of the tennants have lived here for five years or more. A good place to live in the area, especially if you're saving to become a home owner!
