Wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home. Such family friendly environment with an amazing landlord & maintenance team that’s willing to work with you no matter the situation. They made the transition of moving so much easier.

I live 2 hours away and wanted to know if they could do a virtual tour. The lady told me to just view the video online. The problem with that is it shows the renovated unit and they don't have those left only the standard (I found all of this by prying the information out of her). When I asked if she could email pictures of the apartments that are available she refused. She told me that the apartments look the same, but how could they if one has stainless still, freshly painted walls, some have carpet, some have hardwood... the list goes on about how these apartments vary. Not a very welcoming staff. I will definitely take this property off of my list of prospects.

I'd like to give a shout out to Melanie H. she is a thoughtful and efficient property manager!! Whenever I report an issue, she responds in a timely manner. She is approachable, kind and knowledgeable! She cares about residents and the property!

Can you managements unprofessional since September 1 I have moved in who’s the previous manager I ask her that I have a problem who is bedbugs she said she’ll get into it and she will put her paperwork to do then she did it after a few months I spoke about it again who is the new management and the new management wanted to fix the problem but do you want to charge me for it tried to explain to her the specific temper first I’ve been having this problem since I moved in but she’s not listening I want to speak to the owner she said that she’s the management and there’s no one else to speak to now do you wanna charge me $600 for the pets control it’s not fair the problems in the wall and in the ceiling and I understand this is their problem not mine I did not buy a furniture or anything because of this reason even my bed is air mattress I live in apartment 4-IDo not trust the new management

I have been living here for over 6 months now. I have had my work orders put in since we got here, and we are still waiting for something to be done about it. I have called several times putting them in over and over again. I have been patient, but it is just ridiculous. They are upgrading the lights, and signs in the apartment complex. Yet they can not come fix the hole in my roof, and a few small issues inside my apartment.

Very clean apartment community and helpful staff. Maintenance responds quickly and office is friendly and helpful. The apartments look good and at a good price. Really like the fitness center.
