“I’ve had a great experience living at The Villas at 1825! The community is always well-maintained and feels very welcoming. The property manager Kim has been incredibly responsive and professional, always making sure any issues are handled quickly. The leasing agent Abi was so friendly and helpful throughout the move-in process, they made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their residents, but this one definitely does. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!

Roaches no matter what you do. Nothing is ever fixed and they have pits all throughout the complex. The pictures on this site are not what it really looks like just drive in and see
Roaches no matter how much you treat for them or clean. Granite countertops are laminate that's halfway destroyed. Appliances from the 90's/early 2000's. Cabinets/drawers have multiple coats of different paint and you can't open the drawers fully. Breaker panel is from over 50 years ago (not to mention out of code) and the wiring to the entire apartment is wired improperly. AC unit is held up by some half broken 2x4's inside a dusty closet and didn't even have a filter on it when we moved in. The temperature inside on hot days will get into the upper 80's with the AC running due to no real insulation. Mold grows in the bathroom due to leaking faucet and improper ventilation. Window sills are not properly sealed. Lights (few that there are) MAY work and if the do, they're from the 90's or older (unless an old tenant replaced them). Good luck ever getting in contact with the office, they don't feel as though they need to physically show up to work, much less answer a phone call. After speaking with multiple maintenance workers, your best bet is to not move into these apartments as they are overpriced, outdated, and a safety hazard all around. Do yourself a favor, don't spend your hard earned money on the heaping pile of trash.

Clean, Great location and awesome customer service
I like the apartment, its nice and is in good living condition. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I like how the yard work is up to part and is clean. The rent is also affordable.

The staff was friendly and inviting. I thought moving into a new apartment would be a hassle, but as the villas offered great packages and was very helpful. If your looking for a new apartment I suggest you start and end with villas
