Property Ratings at The Villages at Peachers Mill
Moved in 2022 and here is a consolidated list, 1. Pipe disconnected in the ground level closet this was repaired. 2. Maintenace guy tried to open my front door then proceeded to walk onto our patio and peep in the window. 3. After we installed our washer and dryer we found water leaking into the ceiling above our dining room table. The hot water pipe leaks. They told us to only use cold water and painted the discoloration. 4. Six months after moving in and also after complaining about water leaks, I was cleaning the ground level closet and found water everywhere on the floor and the dry wall was crumbling because of how wet it was. A contractor had drilled holes into the drainage pipe to allow for air flow, that's not all that flowed so much irreplaceable stuff ruined. 5. The plants incident, they basically called my house plants and decor trash. 6. Lastly the building beside ours was shot up and you can still see the bullet holes if you drive down the Lexington Rd side. The help management there disgusted me, if a 0-star rating was a thing they would have it.

My apartment complex are so nice and peaceful I love the ppl here I love the office management I love the landscape and I would love to enjoy the pleasure of raising my son here
My truck was vandalized, the basketball court was always trashed and it attracted several sketchy people. I've always kept to myself, however it is hard to ignore the gang shootings when it is 40 yards from my door. The worst part of this place is the management. Cheap and great location, but I would drive the extra minutes.
My husband is in the Army and living here has been pretty convenient. Very child friendly and cozy enough where you can feel comfortable about living her. This is our 1st time renting and we renewed the lease. I haven't had 2 many problems living here and if i did the maintenance staff acted fast. We never had to wait too long for a service. playgrounds, a pool n great parking. An overall good place to live, we live in a townhouse.
I have constantly had a problem with my apartment with too many insects. Cockroaches and spiders are always found inside my apartment no matter how hard I try to keep it clean! I have noticed that they come in from the front door so it's the entire building that they never maintain clean! I'm planning to move because this has been going on for over a year.
