The apartment itself has lovely staff and are great with communication. The only thing I’m having trouble with is the lawn care service!! They have broken a few little outside decorations I have and I find they never cut the grass short enough! Which makes picking up after my dog very inconvenient in the longer grass.

The rent could be lower in the townhomes for the SQF your getting but other than that it’s pretty good place to live. The location is nice too.

Living at The Villages has truly been a one of a kind experience. Kelsey is always willing to help with any concerns, give out love and treats to fur babies, and bring a smile to my face over a cup of coffee. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues are quickly dealt with. Now if only there was a car care center! Living here is affordable, comfortable, and welcoming. No desire to go anywhere else any time soon!

The Villages at Fort Town, where do I begin. Admittedly, I was very skeptical about moving into a townhome/apartment setting, but a few months in and I'm regretting not doing it sooner. From the family like environment no matter where you are in the community to the well-kept and maintained homes, this experience has been nothing short of great. Facilites wise, you can't ask for much better. The pool is the spot in the summer! Grill out and chill out with the coolest kids on the block! If you're more of a fall person, there is a cozy fire pit that is always relaxing. The kiddos will love the huge playground and the doggos will make plenty of friends in their play area. The biggest thing that has been a blessing, is the friendly and caring staff. Kelsey made my move in experience so easy and made me feel like my happiness with everything mattered. It's evident she cares about everyone and wants everyone to feel welcome. 10/10 recommend The Villages at Fort Town.

It’s a good place to live for couples. Maintenance Is good. Office staff needs to have better communication and they make dumb rules from time to time but other than that it’s good. Just little things. Rent could be a little better as well for what we get.

I'm enjoying both the community as a whole and my individual apartment. Community: Pretty quiet even in the summer, people are courteous and seem to respect everyone else's space. The land is well kept. I genuinely feel safe if I decided to take a walk, even at night. The pool is well maintained. Apartment: I live in the 2bd/1ba with a garage. I love this apartment. There is a good amount of space in every room. The kitchen is big enough to accommodate a decent sized dining table without feeling too cramped. In one of the bedrooms, I have a king sized bed with dressers and a nightstand and I still have plenty of room. There is so much storage space. Additionally, the place is pretty well insulated so my power bills aren't too crazy. Finally, the office staff, leasing manager, and maintenance are all nice and professional!

The Villages at Fort Town are great apartments. It's quiet, clean, and the staff are great. I have been in my apartment since August 26, 2024, and I love it. If there are any problems the staff take care of it. I enjoy my apartment very much.
