I absolutely love this property. Living here has been the best experience possible. I love all of the amenities, especially the two-story gym, which is always available and the beautiful pool that’s always clean. Maintenance works very hard to ensure that all the residents have a happy and comfortable experience living here. I have met my best friends through this property and I’m happy to say that the village on Telluride has played an important role in my college experience. I highly recommend living here!!!

Best place to live your college years! Such an amazing complex and the friendliest office staff and maintenance. My favorite office team member is Grettell and Sofia! My favorite maintenance team member is Jake ! They sometimes have a cute little long haired dachshund that is the sweeeeettesstttt!

THEY DO NOT FORWARD YOUR MAIL AFTER MOVE OUT EVEN WHEN YOU SIGN A FORM STATING YOUR NEW FORWARDING ADDRESS. Because of them I now have to pay hundreds of dollars in late fees because i was never receiving my bill notices. Not to mention their management sucks and the only good thing about this complex is their maintenance team who deserves a raise. Also I lived here during the renovations in 2022 and they do not care about their residents and their belongings. I would wake up to random men in my house doing construction and half my belongings were damaged due to paint and construction. Don't live here they're unprofessional.

The front office is continuously MIA. You have to call multiple times before someone will answer, further proving that they are there, but just don’t want to do their jobs. Work orders ironically do not work. It’s currently January 23rd as I type this and 2 work orders I submitted on December 8th (one of which having to do with faulty locks) have yet to be touched. There are attempted break ins that they do nothing about. My roommate recently had his truck stolen and I’ve had my Nintendo switch stolen from inside my apartment (goes back to the lock issue). This place is hell, and I cannot express my hatred enough. I saw an ad to work in the front office of the village and I thought to myself: “wow what an opportunity. Half off rent and I don’t even have to do a lick of work. What a gig.” Never live here. Choose somewhere else.

The Village is a great apartment physically. The downstairs is spectacular for college kids. The wraparound countertop is superb, the floors are easy to clean, the washer/dryer setup is ideal, and the half bath downstairs is a wonderful cherry on top. Upstairs, the carpet is well-kept, the closets can fit all of two men's or one woman's worth of clothing. Everything physical about this apartment is awesome. The only problems are things that are mostly out of the control of the staff. The cable has been a big issue and it's a long process to get it working, and there is always so much noise around the apartment at all hours of the night. As a college student in San Marcos, this is the pinnacle of student living structurally, but be prepared to deal with some inconviences.
