My mom has lived there since December 2023 and I cannot say how happy and wildly satisfied we are with the apartment, her neighbors and the manager Cookie! It is absolutely an amazing place and Cookie made the adjustment for my 82 year old dear mother seemless! It is really a family unit and not just renting an apartment in a senior village. Clean, crisp and with an amazing manager in Cookie we could not be happier!
You will not find a better place - at any price. Ms. Cookie treats the residents like family. My husband and I lived there and loved the experience. We only moved to be closer to friends & family.
We lived here for about 1.5 years. We only moved away to be closer to family & friends. Ms. Cookie, the property manager, works harder than anyone I have ever known to help the tenants and protect the property. Far and away the cleanest place you will ever find.
This is a clean facility that offers privacy and comfort. The living spaces are not too big nor to small. The residents show respect toward each other. Prior to COVID-19 activities such as BINGO, line dancing, card games, bible study, music and puzzles took place on an ongoing basis. The pot lucks and birthday parties are a blast. But what makes it special is Cookie who oversees operations. She is caring and respectful to everyone. My mother considers her a true friend and real gem!
The apartments and common areas are well kept. The manager, Cookie, is available to answer questions or initiate repairs quickly if needed. The residents are friendly and helpful. I like that this is a secure building. The bulletin boards are kept up to date and easy to locate. This is an ideal place for seniors.
I have been here for three years and I love my apartment!!! I love the complex because it's a safe and clean environment. The manager Cookie is very attentive with her taking care of 80+ residents is really amazing!! Thank you, Cookie for all that you do for us!!!
My dad loves the social activities. The residents are kind and look after one another and the on site manager is highly engaged !

My Mom has been a resident for 7 years and it's been a great place for her to be. Management is great, very hands on and attentive she really cares about the tenants and their well being, the apartments, the common spaces and the exterior of the complex.
I have been here for 2 years and have enjoyed every day here. The management is very attentive to your needs if you ever have an issue. Management (Cookie) has an open door policy and is always willing to solve any problem you may have. WIth 80 plus units, she does a fantastic job!
We have a wonderful Manager that looks out for her residents. I have live here for 13 years couldn't ask for a nicer or sweeter person then our Cookie. She does a great job keeping our building looking beautiful. Thank you Cookue for all you do and continue to do.
I have been a resident of Ottawa Ridge for 9 years and I love it. I've been through three managers and Cookie has been the best of all. She goes far and beyond the call of duty. She keeps this building in tip top shape. It amazes me how she keeps things done inside and outside on routine schedule like clockwork. Dealing with over 80 residents take a thoughtful, patient and fair person like Cookie to run this facility. Because of her diligence, I can't see myself ever leaving this place for another.
The property is great and I am pleased with all services that are provided to me. The property is well kept and management is concerned with the individual residents.
I have lived at Ottawa Ridge for 8 years and love the community and surroundings close to a lot of businesses and convenient for seniors. I am still a driving senior and help a lot of seniors that live here. I watched this building being built from ground up first resident accepted. There is no place like home and I love my home.
