The Village at Lindsay Park Apartments

Living here has been such a great experience! The community is always well-kept, and the staff are friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which gives me peace of mind. I also love how safe and welcoming the environment feels—it really feels like home. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and positive place to call home.

I have been here for 4 years now and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing and the community is quiet for the most part. I love that if there is ever a problem I can count on them to come and fix it right away.

Beautiful community, management takes care of issues quickly. Maintenance is really quick and super nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Only downside I would say is the single pane windows and in this heat dual pane is a necessity for lower electric bills and cooler living space. Also lack of A/C vent in the kitchen so when you cook it gets very hot and stays hot for a long time.

We have been here about 5 months so far and have loved living here. The office staff and the maintenance team is very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was very clean when we moved in

Still a good place to live in, friendly neighbors, reasonable rent price, helpful services, nice location, and a pleasant view all around the place! Just needs recycle bins and better gating or no gating at all (Depending on if it should be easier to access or have improved security).

Dog poop right outside our place and stepped in it twice. Smell of weed right outside. Weird guy walking around with unleashed dog all day and I don't think he lives here. There are abandoned cats. One vomited on our stairs and it was not cleaned when we moved in. It was not cleaned even when requested. That cat walked right into our apartment when we opened it. He is friendly but strange that nobody seems to be caring for the poor thing in this heat. The apartment itself was clearly not cleaned beforehand and they did the "landlord special" by painting over hair and debris (which you can see) rather than actually wiping and cleaning the place before painting. Floors and counters were both dirty, so it makes me wonder whether they actaully did carpet cleaning as they said they would when I first applied. Few chips/cracks and leaks on the appliances/kitchen faucet. Overall not that great of an experience. Even the leasing office was weirdly unresponsive and dismissive when applying

The move in experience was a 5 star Jasmine was very awesome! I also worked slightly with Bonnie and she was just as diligent regarding our families transition moving in. We were a little nervous as though we were at our old residency for almost 8 years and change can be scary. I appreciate the effective communication and overall professionalism among Jasmine and Bonnie. We have been here for a little over 2 weeks and so far so good. All in all the move in process itself was very demure and seamless.

Can't complain! Me and my family are settled and happy! Love hearing the birds chirping away during the day! The property is well shaded helps a lot with the Arizona HEAT.

This apartment complex has its ups and downs, but overall it’s been a manageable place to live. The location is a major plus — close to shopping and essentials — and having access to a pool and jacuzzi is a nice touch. Rent has crept up over time, which can be frustrating, especially for tenants who’ve consistently paid on time and followed the rules. Maintenance is definitely a highlight; the team is friendly and quick to resolve issues. Lately, there’s been a noticeable shift in the atmosphere with some tenants being a bit noisier or taking over parking areas to work on cars. A few minor safety concerns have popped up, but nothing overwhelming. It’s not perfect, but it works if you’re looking for something reasonably comfortable with responsive support.

We have lived here almost a year and we love this community. Always kept up nicely and the neighbors are great. We love fishing the canal and stores are close.

From applying to moving in, Jasmine made everything a breeze! I absolutely am loving it here so far! Very clean property in and out, neighbors are nice, plenty of parking! Great location too!

Love the new complex very quite and chill vibe close too the elementary school I have 2 boys and a Walmart neighbor hood down the road and gym is 24hrs

Moving but enjoyed my stay. Only issue I had were the scorpions that randomly showed up to scare the daylights out of me. Loved the staff and maintenance and will miss them!

I've lived here for a while now, and overall it's been a decent experience. The complex offers useful amenities like a pool and hot tub, and the location makes everyday errands pretty easy. One of the things I appreciate most is how friendly and responsive the maintenance staff are — any time I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. That said, the community vibe has changed a bit recently with some newer residents bringing more activity and noise. Occasionally there are issues like people working on their cars in shared spaces or the smell of marijuana. There are also a number of stray cats around the property, which is something to be aware of. While it’s not perfect, the complex still has many positives if you’re looking for something convenient and low-maintenance.

This is the best place to live . It’s quiet and it’s close to stores and parks . The staff is super friendly and polite. Maintenance staff is very professional.

Been living here for many years and I love it here. Everyone is so nice. Maintenance comes right away to get things fixed. Parking assignments could be better. But it’s a great place for families!

I love my apartment, it’s everything I was looking for and more. Many thanks to Jasmine for being so kind and patient while I was getting everything figured out on my application. If it wasn’t for her willingness to work with me I would have not gone through with my application. The community is very lovely!

Bonnie is absolutely amazing. She has made this the easiest process I have ever experienced with renting an apartment. They also left the cutest little welcome gifts.

I love how the neighborhood is super quiet. The maintenance crew is super fast at fixing anything that needs to be repaired or replaced. The grounds are kept very clean ??

They have made some amazing updates with the new grills and extra poop bags for the animals. I wish they still had something for the kids since there are a lot of them in the community.

This is a great place to live. The landscape is well maintained. Any issues inside the apartment are dealt with quickly. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and useable year round. The weight room has excellent equipment and is available to use anytime of day or night. Security is available if any safety issue arise. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve lived here since 2018 and intend to stay here indefinitely.

Overall, the apartment is decent, but the rising rent is frustrating, especially for long-term tenants who’ve always paid on time, don’t cause issues, and follow all the rules. It feels unfair that we’re now paying more than what’s offered to new residents, without any loyalty benefits. The location is a plus, with plenty of shopping and amenities nearby, which makes errands easy. The pool and jacuzzi are nice to have, and maintenance is pretty responsive whenever something needs fixing. Parking is convenient too, which is a relief. However, I've noticed that questionable tenants have been moving in recently. There’s been a noticeable increase in incidents, like marijuana being smoked openly and police being called both during the day and at night. While it’s tough to move out because of the convenience, the increase in problematic tenants and the rent situation are definitely concerning.

Nice a quiet, with the best views of the sky from my own apartment it's something I would never imagine, I already don't want to leave this apartment complex.

I always see people working and cleaning, seems really safe. I like that I see people walking their dogs, cooking outside, and using their amenities. So far having found anything wrong with it!

The Village at Lindsay Park is still a good place to live in, there’s friendly neighbors, a fairly active community with activities to do each month, reasonable prices for rent; just needs a recycling bin to make recycling a part of the community.

Renewed my lease due to the quietness of the neighborhood, nice staff, it was an easy process moving in & as of currently I’d hate experience moving again without the current experience Ive had

It was very easy to move in. There was plenty of space to get our trailer in to unload furniture. The neighbors seem nice and helpful. So far it seems like a wonderful place to live. I can't wait to see what the future holds.

I’ve always had a positive interaction with the staff. They have always been helpful as well as polite. They endure needs are met and they do what they can for a good experience.

The complex is kept clean, handycap accessible, office staff was professional and kind, my designated parking spot is close to the unit. And mybone bedroom is huge and lots of counter space for cooking!

Property landscape upkeep is very good. Maintenance crews are always busy keeping the property nice and presentable. The new building paint is an addition.

I have lived here since 2021 and this has been the best complex we’ve lived at. The office is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys always get stuff fixed quickly. Great elementary school across the street too!

As a new resident, the lease signing and move in process was a breeze! The property itself is very beautiful. My apartment floor plan was exactly what I was looking for with that home-y feel! I honestly don't feel like I'm in an apartment because it feels like a condo!! I look forward to a wonderful year here.

Everything has been great. Haven’t had any issues with anyone or anything and have so far enjoyed our experience here and the people here as well.
