Property Ratings at The Village Apartments
Overpriced!! Bugs!! Maintenance moves slow, air was broken for 4 days. After it was fixed it broke a day later. Washing machine broke and they put a old rusted one in my unit. Received my security deposit back, but it was a fake check.
I moved in one month ago and am very pleased with the service I've received so far. The complex is very clean with a business center, 24hr gym, sparkling pool, tennis court, bbq area, dog area, w/d in unit, resident events and very close to amenities! This is a special mention about Myran in the leasing office. He went above and beyond to make sure that any small issues were taken care of in a timely manner. His customer service skills are impeccable, a true professional! I was surprised that maintenance staff arrived 2 minutes after I requested service - lightning fast! The units are spacious with recent updates/upgrades. Book a tour!

Great affordable apartments. Quiet complex with friendly neighbors and staff!
The apartments are very spacious, been here for almost a year. Our particular building seems to be more family oriented same goes for the pool only 3ft deep over 90% of the pool, very small section of anything deeper than 3 feet. The office and management are very nice and helpful, plus a great location for restaurants, grocery shopping, and pretty much any needs you may have. Super close to 540 and just a short 10-15 mins to mutiple malls.
