Property Ratings at The Villa Monte Apartments
Poor management and paper thin walls. Disrespectful neighbors.. if you try to report anything they will say nothing they can do if they pay rent.
It’s nice for about a couple months. Then bugs start crawling in. If you tell the Manager she doesn’t help at all. She just ignores if you tell her there’s a bug problem. She’ll tell you pest control will come by, but then they never come. This happened 4-5x already. It’s been years of trying to get help from management & no help at all. The only good thing about living here is the location. Units are too small, rent increases often.
In short, I suffered living there. With the huge amount of money, they charge you for the smallest units possible, there are multiple serious issues that you might consider before moving in. 1. Noise: There are multiple neighbors who are super loud watching games and fighting 24/7 in addition to maintenance workers and construction. 2. No security at all: I lost a valuable item from inside my car in the parking lot and found it on eBay a week later and management did not care at all, lost multiple packages, and people walked from the street to use the pool, break into people's apartment and even fight with knives and guns in and around apartments which I encountered 2 incidences and the management seems to deny it or not care again. In one incident a crazy person started to attack my apartment at 3 in the morning and I needed to remove him by calling 911! 3. All forms and types of bugs including cockroaches everywhere that have stolen the peace out of my life! 4. They will use your security deposit to professionally clean the apartment after you leave and will give you nothing back so, please read the agreement entirely before signing. Overall, not a good experience at all.
