This has been my dream apartment since moving in in May! The only few issues I had were resolved by maintenance quickly, staff has been wonderful, and living here has been safe and comfortable. I’m grateful to have found the view and hope to be here for a long time

It’s a well-maintained, peaceful place with a professional and responsive management team. The maintenance staff is efficient and courteous, the environment feels safe and welcoming, and the gym is a great bonus!

If you are looking for a safe and quiet luxury community this is your place. Everyone here is amazing from the office staff, management and they have the best maintenance team in hand. I have zero complaints I would recommend living here to anyone in so happy to find this hidden gem with beautiful views.

We moved here from Houston. This has been our first home here in San Antonio and we truly do call it home. We have already discussed living at this complex for awhile, as it has everything we need plus more. Really love the community atmosphere and nature scenery. It is a quiet place to live. A lot of space for my fur babies to run around and go for walks. Parking has never been an issue, as there is plenty of spaces. Maintenance team and management team are top notch!

There appears to be a concerning bit of deferred maintenance in the grounds and reluctance to address some issues. It's not the fault of personnel as they are not the decision makers.

Have been a resident for 3 years. I still remember the first time I toured the apartments with Leslie. The property still looks as beautiful as when I first saw it. Great location, beautiful views and very calm out here.

I am a proud resident here at View. And let me tell you the views are by far the best in San Antonio. I have been living at the View at TPC for a little over a week. I liked how clean the apartment was when we moved in, how clean the hallways/elevators are in the building. I haven’t had any issues yet. Something that does kind of bother me a bit is how loud the A/C unit is but it’s nothing I can’t get used to.

Tonight I had a bit of an emergency and maintenance came so fast! David was so nice and so helpful! He always brings a smile to my face when he does maintenance for my unit. He’s also always quit and does a great job! I love the maintenance here!! I also love my view and how at home I feel here. There’s nothing I love more than watching the sunset on my balcony. I love those place and calling it home.

Getting to the property, the scenery was impressively nice. Definitely a place a person would love to come home to everyday. I walked in today and they even do Saturday morning Yoga classes. Very serene environment. Got the chance to speak to their maintenance supervisor, Angel, he was very informative and seemed very pro active in his job at the property as well as friendly. Having good maintenance is so important to consider when moving.
