If you are looking for a safe and quiet luxury community this is your place. Everyone here is amazing from the office staff, management and they have the best maintenance team in hand. I have zero complaints I would recommend living here to anyone in so happy to find this hidden gem with beautiful views.

We moved here from Houston. This has been our first home here in San Antonio and we truly do call it home. We have already discussed living at this complex for awhile, as it has everything we need plus more. Really love the community atmosphere and nature scenery. It is a quiet place to live. A lot of space for my fur babies to run around and go for walks. Parking has never been an issue, as there is plenty of spaces. Maintenance team and management team are top notch!

There appears to be a concerning bit of deferred maintenance in the grounds and reluctance to address some issues. It's not the fault of personnel as they are not the decision makers.

I have been living at the View at TPC for a little over a week. I liked how clean the apartment was when we moved in, how clean the hallways/elevators are in the building. I haven’t had any issues yet. Something that does kind of bother me a bit is how loud the A/C unit is but it’s nothing I can’t get used to.

Tonight I had a bit of an emergency and maintenance came so fast! David was so nice and so helpful! He always brings a smile to my face when he does maintenance for my unit. He’s also always quit and does a great job! I love the maintenance here!! I also love my view and how at home I feel here. There’s nothing I love more than watching the sunset on my balcony. I love those place and calling it home.

Getting to the property, the scenery was impressively nice. Definitely a place a person would love to come home to everyday. I walked in today and they even do Saturday morning Yoga classes. Very serene environment. Got the chance to speak to their maintenance supervisor, Angel, he was very informative and seemed very pro active in his job at the property as well as friendly. Having good maintenance is so important to consider when moving.

There are so many nice things that Cortland View at TPC has to offer, from the resident appreciation, to the amenties and the floorplans! But the most amazing thing about Cortland is the staff. I love how helpful the office team was in helping me find the perfect apt for me. I specifically wanted a view to watch the sunsets and they patiently searched and found one! I’m so happy to be living here! I highly recommend to anyone who wants that relaxation.

It is hard to describe the view I have from my apartment. But I guess the best way to describe it is as the best sunsets and sunrises I’ve ever seen! If I could live on my balcony I would!!! But truly the best view you could imagine! I highly recommend you to choose a high floor here!
