Property Ratings at The View at Mill Run
I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a while now, and I can genuinely say the transformation over the past year has been impressive. When I first moved in, things weren’t perfect—maintenance was slow, communication was inconsistent, and the property felt a bit neglected. But the new management has worked diligently to change the experience. The entire team is now attentive, responsive, and clearly invested in the community. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, often within the same day, and the recent updates around the property show a real commitment to long-term improvements. What I appreciate most is the professionalism and friendliness of the office staff, especially William. They’re easy to talk to, they listen, and they take real action when concerns come up. It truly feels like they care about the residents—something that wasn’t always the case before. If you’re looking for a place that’s genuinely on the rise with management that’s putting in the work, this is it. I’m glad I stayed long enough to see the positive changes. It’s starting to feel like a completely different community—and in the best way
A conducive environment to stay. Response time to work order is really fast and every work order has been attended to. Leasing office staff are professional and helpful.

DO NOT waste your money. Every year since I moved in my AC/HEAT unit has broke down. Management does NOT care about the residents. They are not worth the money. The units are old with old broke down appliances. Save your money. LOOK else where. For these prices you can go to the newer apartment complexes here in Owings Mills.
I've lived here since November and the Apartments are really nice. They mean it when they say luxury. The only issue I had was with property management. They can be terrible at times when resolving issues, other than that its a nice place and quiet community to live in.
The property manager that workers in the office she is horrible she don’t know how to talk to us , community is awesome, but the property manager mouth , she young but if you can’t handle the public don’t work for it... other wise community is awesome, been resident for 5months now
Been living here since November, and nothing but good things to say about this complex. Maintenance response is almost instant, amenities are usually kept up very well (although the club room isn't 24 hours), and I never have any serious problems with noise. I live in the back building which faces the new construction and I haven't experienced any inconveniences from it as of yet. The office staff is very efficient, the manager is BEAUTIFULLLL and never too busy to stop and help or to say hello. Overall, The View at Mill Run is a great place to live. Great job!!
I have been a resident of The View at Mill Run for over six months now and absolutely love it. The maintenance staff headed up by Keith do an excellent job of keeping the complex clean and everything working and the front office staff headed up by Matt and Barbara are always very professional and willing to help any way they can. The gym and pool are awesome and the parking garages are always clean. I don't have any noise issues from neighbors, and everyone I have passed by in the halls are always friendly, which gives it a nice community feel. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a safe, clean, friendly environment!
Too many people live in the complex for the maintenance to keep up with the request Hall ways are disgustingly dirty because everyone puts trash out each day and the bags leak which makes the hallways dirty bugs are in the apts
When we first moved into our Apartment complex it was only one year old. They were clean, had wonderful neighbors and located close to shopping and restaurants. We like this complex so much that when we wanted a larger apartment we moved into the next building which had a loft included. Very nice to us. We also like the fact that they have elevators as well as a nice pool, exercise room, parking garage and balconies.
The View at Mill Run is a great place to live. Very nice staff, swimming pool, exercise room, and community room for hosting events.
Nice luxury apartment. Very spacious. Nice amenities. Walking distance to shopping, eateries, cleaners and groceries. Covered garage parking space. Secure entry. Balcony, pool and clubhouse.
