The second bedroom is furnished as a home office with built-in walnut desk/work space and a twin size bed---the perfect setup for someone (or couple) with one child and who needs a home office. The unit is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with quality furniture. All household items, i.e. linens, dishes towels, appliances, frontload W/Dryer, and large flat screen TVs, Spectrum cable TV service plus ROKU. The townhouse is available at 1500/month and includes utilities, cable TV, and Secure Wireless Internet. The posted rental rate of $1500/mo is based on a minimum 6 month term--tenant to reimburse Landlord for utilities, TV and Internet...which would remain in Landlord's name as a convenience for tenant. (terms for use of the T'Bird are negotiable).
