Excellent community with all the amenities. Girose helped us through the move in process and made it so easy. The location is superb where trader joes and halcyon are just at walking distance.
We're in the middle of moving and trying to get settled in. Rose was super nice and kept us informed throughout the application and move-in process. She was on top of everything and exceeded our expectations. Couldn't have been a better experience. We're happy to be here and hope to be for a long time.

What caught our attention most about the condominium were the amenities and proximity to shops, shopping malls, walking trails, nature and the ease of taking the highway to anywhere.

I am happy to call Venue my home. Out of all the communities I’ve lived in over 15 years in Georgia, Venue is the best! Staff are wonderful, floor plans are more than adequate, the grounds are beautiful, the amenities are amazing! My only issue unfortunately are the few residents that do not comply with keeping the community a five star one. Some leave trash in the breezeways, (empty cans, candy and chip wrappers, and garbage out on non pick up days.)

Great complex, great staff, and great maintenance! We have had no issues the past 3 months! The ammeneties are great and the different events that the office puts on are super cute and fun!
It was a smooth transition and very beautiful community!! Looking forward to live here !! Apartment was nice and clean and well light !! I was glad that all rooms are equipped with fan with light so no need to by lamps !!
We are 1 week in and have settled in and feeling more comfortable than expected. We sold a home and have moved in to eventually find property and built.

The noise level from the outside is very loud. Especially in the master bedroom where you are supposed to be able to sleep. We were assured before moving in that there have not been any complaints and that everything would be great. Since we could not view our apartment until move in day, we were obviously surprised. We have been told that it would be fixed and that they would do all they could to help but that has now gone out the window. Not even the weather stripping was replaced on the windows that is clearly gone. It’s not easy sleeping here. All other aspects have been ok but quite honestly, we were lied to about the noise level.
So far, everything is amazing. Nikaya was so amazing in helping me get set up, and I moved in over the weekend. The whole process was so easy, and I have a good feeling it's going to stay that way. The amenities are beautiful, the apartments are spacious, and everything is well-maintained. Big fan(:

I love the location of my apartment as it is not far from my work or my parents! I’ve been here for 5 years now and definitely call it home!
The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a quiet, and friendly place to live!

Fantastic apartment complex! The front office is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond. The amenities are amazing especially for a family. The pool is incredible, there are three different gym rooms that cater to whatever you need, and there is a free coffee machine in the lobby!
Apartment is good but was not cleaned properly before we moved-in. They issue the key that you return when you move out but they charge non-refundable fee for the key. Besides the application fees and the Deposit, you are also asked to pay Admin fee of $200 (non-refundable).
It is a quiet and well-kept place. The apartments are comfortable. The common areas are clean. The social areas are comfortable and very modern. The office area is very functional.
Just moved in over the weekend but absolutely love it so far! My apt is beautiful, the community is peaceful and everyone is so nice! Happy to call this place home
