Property Ratings at The Vandy
I have lived in my unit for two months at the time of writing. The apartment itself is nicely appointed, with good space for a 1B/1B. I love the windows here, I get excellent natural light. The community is small, which is a plus for me. The building has been quiet, safe, and my neighbors have been friendly. While The Vandy might not have all the amenities of other complexes in the area, I think the units themselves are worth it.
Look elsewhere - the staff doesn't want you here anyway.
Hi guys! We recommend The Vandy apartments because we love the Ballantyne area and although we know that there is no pool or other spaces like there are in other condominiums, we are very happy to have use of the apartments for the first time; We are using everything new from the package and we love that. I personally thank Christina who has always helped us from the beginning. Recommended 100%
The Vandy is a hidden gem in a great location and a tranquil atmosphere. The manager is highly communicative, always responsive to residents' needs, and maintenance requests are efficiently addressed with promptness!
Christina was very helpful, she showed me one of the units at a short notice and the application process went smoothly. Highly recommend.
Management is very misleading. Lied about not having 2 bedrooms available, when you can apply online. Refused to show another unit. No pool, no space to hang out. Disappointed.
