Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Union at River East
You will never get your packages. Amazon has taken a picture of a package which was left with management. Disappeared. Management sucks. They are unapproachable and will never answer or return your calls. Work orders take months. Our first 3 months there the dishwasher did not work. Save yourself a headache and don’t lease here.
Have lived here for 2 years and see weekly car break ins (inside gated garage) and daily homeless people living in/on the property throwing trash everywhere. Residents are regularly selling drugs and there is a constant smell of weed. Do not move here if you value a safe and clean environment

Hi, I am so sorry that you are having a bad experiance at our community. I would love to discuss further so that we can work on a resolution. Our number is 817.222.3390. Thank you.
I brought my mom to see my unit.. during my application process, within 10 min of being there someone broke into a car in the garage and infront of the office two homeless men we’re about to fight; one with a blade and the other picked up a rock that they have there. They just fixed the gate. My upstairs neighbors smoke weed. Gunshots every night. Trash room is disgusting. People slam the metal doors- homeless people leave their bikes t my porch. For the price I’m paying it’s not worth it.

These apartments are unsafe the gate stays broken the cameras are broken. My car was stolen 3 months ago for these apartments and this past Sunday my current car was broken in to they stole 2 tires and left my car on a jack, they broke my window and stole my daughter's car seat, my backpack with my macbook and it constantly smells like weed when you walk in. Management has changed twice in less than a year. I was so scared. I walked up on the theives because I went back downstairs to get my backpack and saw them breaking into my car..luckily I was able to hide because there was no telling what those 2 guys wouldve done had they seen me. I asked to be let out of my lease with police reports to prove it and they said they will submit it for review. Im having anxiety and nervousness because of this. I gave 1 star because there are hard working people living but they are not being treated with any consideration of safett of repairs

I would give 0 stars if possible. We are paying for garages with gates that never work. My new lease was sent to me 16 days prior to my old lease ending it was up $300 and I was told that it was too late for a move out notice without being charged fees for not notifying them 30 days prior. My rent is set on autopay. There was an issue running the card and my bank notified me so I called the apt to pay a different way they told me my account balance was 0.00 and 2 weeks later I find out that there is an issue when they are threatening me with eviction. Management changes monthly. Don’t waste your time talking to front desk. They’re friendly and tell you what you want to hear and then there is no follow through. Bad maintenance with dog poop all over the property.
