The main open area provides ample room for free weight training, featuring a tiered dumbbell rack, a weight bench, and a cable machine. Rubber flooring mats define the strength training zone, offering both safety and durability. Large wall mirrors line multiple sections of the facility, visually expanding the space and allowing users to monitor their form. A dedicated cardio room houses treadmills, ellipticals, and a stair climber, accompanied by a wall-mounted flat-screen television for entertainment during workouts. An adjacent cycling area contains a row of stationary spin bikes positioned in front of floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Rowing machines occupy a quieter corner of the facility, ideal for low-impact full-body conditioning. Overhead, recessed panel lighting and ceiling fans provide consistent illumination and air circulation. A built-in water fountain station is conveniently accessible near the main corridor. Natural light filters in through windows, and a glass-paneled door offers access to an exterior area, contributing to the facility's open and well-ventilated feel.
