I love my apartment , very spacious . Ask for Ms.Vaughn . She’s the best. Every problem or question, she responds to them both at a timely manner and gets the task done. She’s professional and helpful. Ms. Vaughn helped me find an unit that was most convenient for me and my kids. My kids love their rooms and free space they have to play outside ! Very kid friendly apartment !

I have lived at the trails for 6 months now and overall its a pretty quiet area, has a great office staff, and my favorite part is the very convenient location. I have a 12 minute drive to work, and my daughters school is 5 minutes. I also can say I appreciate the security team here who actually do their job compared to other places i've lived which is a big factor for me considering I have a 12 year old I want to know we are safe and here i feel their security team truly looks out for the residents.

I really like living at the trails because of how close it is to everything. Shopping centers not too far, and grocery stores as well. Interstate as well so I can hop on and go right out to campus.

I have lived at the trails for a few months now and can say I really appreciate the leasing staff here. They have made sure everything was smooth and easy for my move in. I got the apartment I wanted and was able to move in the month I wanted which was great.

I love living at The Trails. These are great apartments. The staff is always great to me. I haven't had any major maintenance issues, but when I do it gets repaired. I usually ask Chemika to help me out when needed.

My apartment was broken into and they seemed to not care. People have been shooting over here running through the apartments and also they told me “unplug my alarm” due to it not working instead of getting a new one. They need CAMERAS through and not just by the leasing office by where their precious cars and stuff is located.
Traneal worked with me from the moment I submitted my application. I love the apartment Traneal customer service was amazing. My move in experience was not stressful at all thank you Traneal for all you help.
My family and I came to the trails at mt. Moriah looking for place to live. The nice lady traneal showed me a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and her customer service was so great she is very helpful, patient, and gave us a lovely tour of the apartment complex which is also well kept and properly maintained. We're super grateful for traneal's help in finding our next home.
I've been here for 5 years and still a current resident. The workers work so hard to complete and satisfy any questions and concerns. They are very consistent and me and family appreciate everything the staff have done for me.
I am a current resident here at The Trails and I would not recommend you or your family to stay here. I am moving soon. They only have one maintenance person. I have water dripping from my ceiling and they haven't taken care of the issue.
I came to the trails at Mt. Moriah and working with Traneal she is a very sweet lady i came in looking for a 2bed room apartment she took me to the apartment i feel in love with it !!! i also applied on line and got approve move in real soon and cant wait her customer service is great she is friendly and funny .... thanks Traneal for helping me find my new home :)
The apartment I had was a one bed one bath we came and looked and it looked good so we signed the lease. Literally the day before we moved in saw a roach blamed it on the place being vacant but after we moved in they started to come out and multiplied by the thousands they were everywhere in our pantry our solve the bathroom our closet in our clothes bins anything that wasn’t moved it messed with frequently they got into and even then they still got in and got comfortable we had to pull teeth to get someone to get the exterminator to spray one and it helped but they just repopulated.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept.

Robbery, shootings, anyone can live there. Gate NEVER works, pipes leak, sloppy muddy all of the time. Heat was reported last November to be repaired in 2018. Stil no heat Nov 2019. Bathtub has been refinished twice. Still peels off completely. Roach infestation. Horrible. Back portion of the properties should be condemned. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER. POUR A GLASS, LET IT SIT 10 MINUTES AND LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GLASS. SAD
I was exited to be looking for my first apartment after college. A friend of mines told me to check these out. A man named Kendrick was great at helping me navigate through the different floor plans and figuring out what works for me. The staff is friendly, great customer service. The location is great being that its not to too far from my job or my parents.
They have great customer service everyone there is vary nice. The apartments are amazing inside neighbor are friendly. I strongly would recommend them to family and friends
Last minute decision to move here. Trash is everywhere around the apts. there is alot of problems concerning plumbing. Roaches are everywhere no matter how much you bleach down and clean..I Have not even been living here thats long only half a year and I've made my mind up not to renew my lease.
I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT THE TRAILS FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVE RECIEVED GREAT SERVICES! I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY STAY AND I CAN SAY IT IS VERY QUIET! SECURITY IS AROUND THE CLOCK AND THE COMMUNITY IS WELL KEPT AND CLEAN.. MY ONLY ISSUE IS THAT I'M ON THE 3RD FLOOR: WOULD I RECOMMED?? ABSOLUTLY!!(.. BUT OTHERWISE I AM ENJOYING MY STAY HERE AT THE TRAILS @ MT MORIAH:))
I moved her as a last minute choice and it was definitely a horrible decision! ... first let's talk about the roaches , they are everywhere and you can't get rid of the fruit flys in the summer time .. roaches are so nasty and embarrassing I don't care how much you clean and how much you wipe down with bleach you can't stop them I even asked to bomb my apt they told me not to because they would just spread and the pest control doesn't do anything .. the security is pathetic .. they aren't in the complex all day and night . Since I've lived here there have been multiple fights, my neighbor was robbed at gun point and the gate is always broken .. the staff is nice but the apts are horrible! Not comfortable nor cozy at all
I think this apt/ townhome is alot of bang for your buck. I 1400 plus sq ft for low price. The community is well secured. The only complaint is getting to know the management a little better and we should have more community activities. Its 3 pools and some exta amenities. So theres more than enough to have activities. Overall i give the property a b plus
