My experience living here has been most pleasant. I love everything about this community. The only issue is not enough noise barriers with living on ground level. The stomping from above is very disturbing. Other than that I love my space!
We absolutely love the community area. It’s such a relaxing setting in the middle of such a large and busy city. The trees are everything! They give such a beautiful atmosphere and feeling as you walk through the community. It’s so peaceful and tranquil.

Tobin is the place to be!!! Everything is so beautiful here - the apartments and amenities. It’s a great community for dog owners as well with the dog park and dog spa that is offered. I take my pup on nice walks and to play with friends at the park daily. It’s a safe, great place with kind staff and I recommend it to everyone!

So far it's been great! Love the amenities, it's so so quiet but you can tell people are active just very respectful of noise pollution. I love the greenery around the campus and how well it is up kept. My drive to work is also very scenic through the near by neighborhood and I like that I'm not too far from uptown/downtown without a bit of that inner city chaos.

The apartment complex harmonizes nature & urban living perfectly for me. Amidst 300-year-old trees, I enjoy serenity while staying close to city conveniences. Hummingbirds & occasional owls enchant me. Lush greenery surrounds the pool, lounge & gym. Relaxation is easy with hammocks & Adirondack chairs scattered around the grounds. Just 20 mins from downtown & 5 mins from the airport, everything is within reach for me. The staff has always been friendly and responsive. In short, the complex blends natural beauty, convenience & tranquility - a true urban sanctuary that I have enjoyed for over 3 years now.

Love the apartment we live in. It’s spacious and has 3 full bathrooms. We couldn’t be more happy with the amenities to include dog park, gym, pool and residents lounge. But my all time favorite part are the live oak trees all around the community that were preserved. Great place to live! Thank you.

I’m beyond disappointed with the management at Tobin Estate at Okwell Ct. For weeks, I’ve been dealing with a serious noise disturbance caused by a resident who parks their Mustang right outside my bedroom window, with the exhaust pipe facing directly at it. Every morning at 4 AM, he starts the engine and lets it idle loudly for 20 mins before driving off. The noise is unbearable, and the smell of exhaust seeps into my apartment, making it impossible to sleep. Being repeatedly woken up at 4 AM is unacceptable, especially when the lease agreement clearly states that residents should not disturb their neighbors. It’s frustrating to see that management is either unwilling or unable to enforce their own rules, leaving tenants to deal with the consequences of their negligence. I’ve reached out to management multiple times, and while they promised to handle the situation, they did NOTHIN! When I followed up today this is was their response - If the noise is impacting your sleep, we suggest considering heavier curtains or a white noise machine. WHAT?!?!?!?!?! We're paying $2500+ for the appartment just to be waken up at 4 AM every single morning!!!! I feel helpless I have to stay here for 1,5 yrs

Margarita was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She answered all my questions even before I asked them. She took me on tour and showed all the amenities this community has to offer and I was sold! Tobin Estate has a wonderful tight knit family community, especially when it comes to pet owners, not only the dog park but the pet spa and the dog waste disposal stations always stay in stock to help keep community clean. In other ways, the office always organizes events to bring in the community like bagel parties and valentines gift baskets. Maintenance requests are answered with urgency and the maintained team does an impeccable job at communicating and updating status on the requests. For that reason it’s hard to beat!

The staff have always been very helpful and were always able to answer my questions I have never had any issues on the property. All of the residents are very friendly. The maintenance staff do a very good job of taking care of the property.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Tobin Estate! The community is absolutely lovely, with beautifully maintained grounds and fantastic amenities that make daily life enjoyable. The pool, fitness center, and shared spaces are top-notch, and it’s clear that the management puts a lot of effort into keeping everything in great condition. One of the best parts of living here is the staff. The team at The Tobin Estate is dedicated, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents have a great experience. It’s been a pleasure working with such a delightful and professional group. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy at times. Whether it’s from neighbors, traffic, or general community activity, sound does carry more than I’d like. That being said, the positives of living here far outweigh this one issue. I have been a resident at the Tobin Estate Apt. for 4 years. Like with any changes in my moving here there were a few adjustments. But all in all, I think it is a wonderful place to live.

I enjoy my stay at Tobin but my rent price has increased and my neighbors above are constantly moving furniture and it is so loud. The front gate is also always opened and I don’t feel as safe.

. I've been living at Tobin Estates for over three years, and the amenities are fantastic, including a wonderful pool for laps and a state-of-the-art gym, which I use to prepare for Spartan races. The Residence Lounge is perfect for hosting guests and business associates. The garage helps keep my car in great condition. The staff is responsive and maintains the grounds excellently. Living here has been a joy, and I plan to stay for many more years.

Great community and well taken care of compared to most places I’ve lived. I’ve also lived at Greystar owned places and they have been a nightmare but the management team at this one does a good job and I really like it.

The office agents have done a wonderful job on keeping up with the concerns of the grounds and keeping us informed on the day to day activities. It appears the grounds staff could to a little bit better on making sure the grounds are kept up and safe from any potential safety issues. Examples: when walking the trail I have noticed that there is electrical cover missing from one of the light poles. The tree that was fell to the ground last week is missing the electrical cover, the wires are exposed posing potential safety problems.

Love the neighborhood and overall comfort of the complex. The amenities all are very welcoming and are always kept in the best shape possible. The different food trucks that stop by are amazing as well

Living at the Tobin Estate has been a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly and very attentive to addressing ours needs. The grounds are very well maintained. The exercise facilities are great. The grounds are quiet and many of the residents here at the Tobin are friendly and courteous. Great JOB team !!!

I love the amazing grounds that include many walking trails, a large study / reading building that is beautifully designed , fully equipped gym and so much more ! And my apartment is very rooming , designed well and comfortable!

the apartment is great but the leasing agent was less than stellar. Any logical question I had has been met with a condescending response and no actual answer. I realize it is their job to get apartments leased, but they made it seem like I ABSOLUTELY had to sign a lease the day I came to look or they would be gone. I did not sign the day I came to look at apartments, and when I did sign, they were not gone. Spending a lot of money for renting an apartment is a big deal and the additional stress and rushing gave me anxiety that was unnecessary when I normally am very clear headed with big decisions. They have been condescending even now after moving in about basic questions that still are not answered. If this review were based on the leasing agents it would be 0 stars. The complex itself is great. It has a lot of bells and whistles that are more than I really need, but they are a nice addition. It has a nice walking path for me and my dog and a dog park that is very useful.

Having lived here for over three years, I can confidently say that this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations in every way. As someone who has owned houses and rental properties for most of my life, I am thrilled to no longer have the responsibility of property maintenance. One of the highlights of living here is the access to the stunning 44 acres of land. Every day, I take a one-mile hike around the 300-year-old trees, which is a truly serene experience. The elegant pool is another favorite spot of mine, where I swim laps, often having the pool to myself due to my schedule. The hammocks scattered around the area provide a perfect place to relax and enjoy the greenery. The state-of-the-art gym is a fantastic facility where I train for the Spartan Race. As a certified personal trainer, I appreciate the high-quality equipment available. I have brought friends and business associates to visit, and they are always envious of the well-kept grounds and the Resident Lounge. Two memorable experience was attending a Wine Tasting Party in the lounge after a swim. I also attended in the Resident Lounge a solo guitarist providing live music for the evening. The staff here are great and very responsive. Just yesterday, the head of maintenance mentioned that he strives to complete all service orders by the end of the day, which speaks volumes about their dedication. Claire, my go-to staff person, has always taken care of me since I moved in, making my experience here even more enjoyable. Having never lived in a city before, I find this location to be perfect. It is conveniently close to a dance hall, restaurants, the airport, parks, and the River Walk. This makes it easy to enjoy all the amenities and activities the city has to offer. In summary, I love living here and highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located place to call home.

I have lived at Tobin Estate for a year and a half. Overall I have had a good experience living here. The pool and the grounds are nice, the new gym is good although it has some useless equipment that could be replaced with more basics. The complex feels safe even though my car has been broken into twice. No complaints about my neighbors but recently there seems to be some sketchy tenants moving in and taking over the pool area to the exclusion of the tenants who enjoy a quieter pool setting, not much to complain about. The rent could be a bit lower for the apartments that have been used and are not new. I do not appreciate having to pay for the trash pick-up service because I do not use it at all. Still, it is a nice, relatively safe, and calm apartment complex.

Overall the community is beautiful, lots of amazing quality people living in this complex, maintenance request get completed quick and the most of of front staff is very lovely to be around, Tobin Estates is like a small town of its own, I love exploring the trails and amenities! I will however say that the area is just in an uncomfortable spot where the planes are very very loud and constant, and the ac unit despite being very strong and effective can be alittle loud.
