Clean up the community more frequently. Stop tenet from hanging their clothes and laundry on the banisters and in the common areas cleanup trash that is frequently dropped in the parking lot and throughout the community

The place is quiet. They have a community pool that has a deck. There is a gym. It has the basics for working out. Maintenance is efficient. Office is super nice.

Such a great community. Everyone is so nice friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live. It’s a great location, very close to the beach and right down the road from everything.

Could clean up the parking lot every day because some of the tenants just dropped trash as if the parking lot was a garbage receptacle. Remove all of the abandoned cars in the parking lot. Stop tenant from working on cars as if it were an auto repair shop in the parking lot. And get rid of all of the stray cats that tenants who got evicted or move left behind.

It’s quiet and nice location. The maintenance man is nice, and has been very helpful and encouraging. Lots of wildlife. The pool area is very nice.

Quiet, everyone seems to mind their own business. Very close to the beach less than a five minute walk so you can’t really beat it. The maintenance guy and his wife are wonderful and very helpful.

Everyone around my apartment is friendly and and helpful. Thanks to everyone around the complex for being there for each other. The staff is still a little difficult to reach and response times for maintenance is a little slow and vague instructions and explanations are given to responding maintenance personnel but overall there has been improvement.

It is peaceful and quiet here. I have no issues with the apartment or neighbors. Love the gym it’s clean. Could be a bit easier to get through to the office.

When I first moved I thought the neighborhood would be noisy. It's actually very quiet. Ms. Blanchard is so sweet. She's extremely helpful and replies to messages outside of office hours. Maintenance did a wonderful job on my bathroom with no mess. I would recommend this community to anyone. It's good to be home.

Love the area we live around I love watching the squirrels climb up the trees and run around in the grass and I find that my neighbors are very nice and helpful

The community is very nice, I love that everyone can personalize their space and it doesn’t feel too crowded. I can’t wait to use the pool and grills. I’m hoping to meet some of the other residents and have a great year.

Good size apartments and the best leasing staff they are the most understanding. I have never had an issue while living here. The apartment was completely renovated

Only downside is they don't keep their laundry mat clean they have about 8 washers when i first moved half of them were not working only 3 of the barely work now.

I’ve lived here approximately four months I moved into a newly remodeled unit with excellent neighbors and excellent management who continuously keeps an eye on the property and keeps it looking nice
It’s located in a great spot, secluded and quiet, but still really close to the main roads and the beach. The management used to be terrible, but we recently got someone new, and they are taking care of all the things the old management didn’t. Like the pool and maintenance. All our neighbors are great, mostly keep to themselves but overall very friendly. We appreciate that they are dog friendly as well, especially for the low price of rent. Definitely look into living here! It’s a great place!

Neat and clean.. nice place! Very close to the beach. Has a lot of things to do. Volley ball, fitness center, can also go to the leasing office and get volley ball or badmitten raquets.
