Very spacious apartment and beautiful complex. Definitely an easy move and everyone from the leasing office was so welcoming and sweet. This was a much needed upgraded from my other apartment

Great experience ! Upset there are no 3 bedrooms, if there were I would definitely continue living here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment.

Love it here! Very safe space to live, and always quite no matter how busy of a road near by is. Lots of restaurants close by. The amenities make this apartment so enjoyable.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is usually responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and I feel safe here. The neighbors are respectful, and overall it’s a peaceful environment. My only suggestion would be some improvements in parking and gym equipments. Still, it’s been a great place to call home, and I’d recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.

Great maintenance staff and property management team. Always very professional and attentive. Never any issues with staff and grounds are always maintained.
So far everything has been great. I’m loving the new home a d hope that everything continues to go well, the experience with staff has been pleasant, and maintenance has been on point. Definitely would and will be recommending to piers and family who’s looking to move. P.S the neighborhood is pretty quiet and chill great place to raise and teach your kids.
Appliances need to be updated, they refuse to replace our dish washer even though it’s filled with mold. The rent is cheap so it’s not THAT bad but they could be much better.
This community has its ups and downs, the community is located in an all access area. Which makes it very convenient. The area is filled with accessible stores and restaurants. Very close to malls.
Finished one lease. Started a new one. Great place to live. We moved from another state to South Florida, and this place was the only one to accommodate us by holding the apartment when we paid the deposit. Every time there’s a problem they are quick to take care of it. I’ve recommended it many times to people looking around. Hopefully this helps the next person reading reviews and pushes them here.

Nice Community ! Cozy apartment, great location, clean & quiet. Friendly management, fast Wi-Fi, but parking is tight. Perfect for city living! The apartment is spacious and well-maintained with plenty of natural light. Convenient location near shops and public transit. Quiet neighbors and responsive management. A great place to call home!

This community has had numerous challenges from different property managers and owners. Implementing rules as if this is an associations a lot of of junk fees on your lease, they also have unnecessary parking violations, and parking fees.

The community is nice and the office/Maintenance staff are also nice. The apartment itself needs work. Outdated, plumbing issues, doors etc...they take pride in maintaining the outside community but the inside living space needs TLC.

there should be more rewards for loyalty and stay years with the company. The rent is going up every year and it just a cycle of people moving in and then not being able to afford the next year and just moving those same people out. this is not creating a community

Just my 2 cents proceed with caution. Trash pickup fee is mandatory when signing lease agreement, sometimes my trash is missed and I have to take my trash to the dumpster myself. People don’t pick up waste after their pets so don’t ever walk on the grass if you don’t want to be cleaning dog poop off your shoes.

I love it here at The Terraces, I feel so safe & my apartment is the perfect size . The staff is AMAZING one of the best staff you could ask for for a rental property. My building & the surrounding buildings are quiet, there’s not a lot of traffic & everybody looks out for one another.

Overall the place is dated and poorly maintained, especially in comparison to newer properties opening up all over plantation. The rent price seems higher than the value.

It is a decent place. Not the most luxurious but great for the price. I really have had no issues. Dog friendly, quiet area. The amenities and appliances do need to be updated though.

I do.enjoy my apartment however, the walls are very thin. You can hear everything outside including conversations. Sounds like the neighbors are stomping their feet and dragging things across the floor. Plumbing is an issue. You can hear the pipes clinging when you turn on the shower and drain issues in the kitchen. There are updates and improvements needed for my apartment if some of these things were taken care of this community would be really good.

Been here over 12 years and have no complaints. The office staff is great and maintenance is always on top of any work orders I put in. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are always looking out for each other. Great place to live.

As a resident, I’m deeply disappointed with the state of our community. The dumpster is consistently overflowing, especially on weekends. While management blames residents, the issue stems from the dumpster being too small, difficult to use, and lacking proper recycling options. This not only looks bad but attracts pests and creates health risks. Additionally, the community is littered with garbage and cigarette butts. Despite raising these concerns with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant GM, no meaningful action has been taken. Given the high rent, residents deserve a clean, peaceful living environment. It’s frustrating that the management company and team fail to take responsibility or implement solutions. I urge management to address these issues and improve our community’s conditions.

Very nice community, quiet and peaceful. And it always looks nice. I like that. The apartment layout is very cool, I love the loft. I’m a perfectionist so I’m fixing little paint and uneven cabinets so I could be at my most comfortable.

So far, have had an excellent experience since I started living at the Terraces - maintenance is extremely responsive and attentive, parking is monitored and trash pickup is always on time, along with the shared facilities always being kept clean.

The área is always clean and corrective maintenance attended in a fast mode. The cars are safe and no issues on parking lot. Community members are good people.
