I'm very happy living in the Terraces apartments. I like that it's close to everything I need and it's right across from a Kwik Trip! The people who live at the Terraces are exceptional and they have lots of activities planned that one can get involved in. It's a great place to live! Gloria
We have lived at The Terraces for almost 2 years, and have loved our time here! The apartments and facilities are always clean and maintenance needs are addressed quickly. The property manager, Brendan, has been hosting lots of fun events for residents as well. Would definitely recommend the Terraces if you’re looking to move to the Deforest/Windsor area!
I downsized to The Terraces of Windsor Crossing after having been a home owner for 45+ years and this has turned out to be a wise decision all-around, The building and grounds are well-kept and all the staff (management and maintenance) have been prompt and attentive to any concerns I might have. The neighbors have all been friendly and those who have dogs all seem to keep them under control. I like the community events that allow residents to meet each other and create a neighborhood feel. This is my first experience in apartment living and it couldn't be better. Kathy S.
Have Been living Here close to a year now. Management is very welcoming and responsive. Great Community to live in!
This property has changed ownership from when it was first built in 2017. We have been here for five years. Besides being a kennel, we can look beyond that, the management company is vicious and wouldn't know a customer if one fell on them. I hope they like empty apartments. They're making more of them even though the construction has stopped.
This is a newer development, the buildings are well maintained as is the landscaping. Typical apartment noises, residents tend to slam doors, but it's intermittent The 2 bedroom apartments have ample living space for 2 people, but not 3. The property manager, Amy, is pretty cool. She definitely takes action when presented with a problem or dilemma. This area is just a short drive to Sun Prairie, Definitely or Waunakee. Nestled among other new housing developments but still has a wooded area for a walk or run. I would recommend for a younger person(s), 20s-40s. They have options for people who love their pets and options for those who prefer to be pet free. You also have the opportunity to pay your rent online and by check. An added benefit is the enclosed pool area and fitness center.
