Property Ratings at The Terrace
I took an extensive tour of these brand-new apartments in downtown Watsonville, on November 2, 2018. I really liked them, no that is not true, I loved them. The construction-material and appliances (DW, stove, MW, counter-tops, floor, bathtub and ceiling fans) are of top quality. 10 ft ceiling makes each apartment “feel and look” much bigger. The barbecue and common area are also of top quality and design. The amenities are endless (how does ALL utilities included sound), one will have to look on their webpage to find the complete list. The security system in the building and garage is extensive. Once in building, I felt totally safe and outside noise was history. The owners Williams, during tour, showed sincere interest in well-being of existing tenets.
