Property Ratings at The Tennyson at Tomball
Avoid like the plague. Management lets residents dogs bark way into the night and do nothing about it. Plus they have a contract with a towing company to tow quest cars away as a way to leach more money off their resident. Find another apartment complex at all cost.
This is your warning if you value your stuff then I urge you not to move here. The gates are a huge problem and are constantly breaking. It smells like weed on the weekend so overpowered with it and so many different vehicles are in and out of here. We have had stuff stolen off our vehicle and had our actual vehicle stolen. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived at.

Thank you for your honest review of our community. The management team has taken steps to deter crime, however, as we all know, crime does not have an address. We encourage you to come and speak to our office team with any concerns you may have.
DO NOT MOVE HERE crime is ramped!!!!! 3 major theft 1 CC 1 vehicle stolen never recovered and an attempted vehicle theft! Have talked to multiple people begging to get out of there leases! Staff does nothing!!! 911 doesn’t even show up to calls to the property!! It couldn’t get worse

These are new apartments and very young people living here. I can handle listening to walking on the floors, but have a problem with constant banging, playing fetch with your dog up until 10:30 at night, listening to tenants using the restroom and flushing, taking showers, talking, neighbors full on conversations and yes, even having intercourse. The walls, ceiling and floors have no barriers between them, and you hear everything. I was asked by the front desk to send evidence after calling them when a week went by when I put in a request asking them to speak with the tenants. They stated a generic email would go out and it never did. So, another week went by, and I called asking what has been done, Izzy at the front desk proceeded to tell me I needed to send evidence. "Evidence," I mean are they for real. She said Well, it could just be normal apartment living. unbelievable. I advised her I was unable to download the videos, but the videos are nothing like sitting in my apartment listening to these people, sometimes I think intentionally pounding on the floor after I hit the ceiling trying to get them to realize there is someone below them. I finally was able to download 2 of the videos and sent them. Within 10 min of me calling and complaining, the front office decides to send out a minimal reminder about noise along with other information. Obviously, another week has gone by, and nothing has changed. I've owned my own homes, and have lived in apts. This has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in from the front office response to the level of noise you hear above and beside you. I am studying for a certification and literally have to go Barbara Bush library during the weeknights and weekends to study. Even bought ear plugs to try and minimize the noise, and that has not worked. I do not recommend this place.
