From the Leasing Staff to the Maintenance Team, this complex shines! We have been here for 6 months now and could not be happier. Too expensive, too many fees, incompetent staff, noises from neighbors, will not fix major problem in apartment, dogs do their business everywhere and people don't clean it up, etc. etc. etc.

The Taylor at Greenway is a resort-like community with beautiful modern luxury apartments. It is a quiet community and has the best amenities I have ever seen in an affordable complex. The amenities on the property are great! but the materials (everything from the flooring to the appliances) are the worst! I would expect a luxury apartment to have decent materials, but everything seems to be bottom of the line. For example, my fridge freezes food at the top and keeps food at the bottom cool. The washer/dryer don't have varying cycles and aren't HE. The carpets I think are the worst part of the apartments. The are hard, scratchy and stain from everything! Also, I can hear almost everything the person above me is doing....it is very loud! The stairway doors also SLAM shut at all hours so if you end up moving in, don't get a place by the stairs!
