The Synagogue is a newly renovated, historic building located on Kenmore Avenue just north of the intersection of Kenmore and Argyle. Only blocks away from the lakefront and infamous restaurants on the ""Asia on Argyle"" stretch serving hot pho, spring rolls, dim sum, sweets & baked goods, and more. Built in the 1920s, The Synagogue served as a place of worship, education, and community until its closure in 2007. FLATS carefully preserved many of the original architectural details such as arched windows and stained glass while donating many historical artifacts to the greater community.
The Synagogue is an apartment community located in Cook County and the 60640 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Chicago Public Schools attendance zone.
