The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Superior at Venice
This is a great place to live. Apartments are larger than anything else out there.
Location on a very busy intersection with loud noise and break-in issues. Former property manager was able to resolve any issues on maintenance and security effectively. New manager was unable to resolve issues with the garage door breaking down constantly, elevator safety issues (several tenants have gotten stuck in the elevator without any communication of action and steps taken to resolve), there was blood found in the elevator at one point and no communication was given as to steps to investigate, call box was not working for extended period of time. Throughout all this mess the property owner raised the rent and did so at different rates per tenant. Really unsafe property, there are nicer complexes with competent management in surrounding area.
I have been living here a couple of years now... The units are nice, but the floors get damaged very easily. And you get a lot of street noise and sirens all day/night The manager switched recently and ever since the change, the manager has been unresponsive.
