NEVER WANT TO LEAVE THIS APARTMENT

This unit is one of the most unique and amazing units in Chicago. There are 20 foot ceilings which makes it feel like a small apartment space is extremely large. It is also a duplex which is so hard to find in the city so it makes it feel so much more like a home to us. We are able to enjoy our space both upstairs and downstairs and the split makes it feel like you can get away if need be. Also, we have one of the most spectacular views I have seen anywhere in any apartment in the city. I can see the entire city skyline which is right there in front of me. It is breathtaking. We also have access to so many different areas because it is right smack dab in the middle of River North/Near North. We can get to Old Town, Gold Coast, the Loop and Lincoln Park in the blink of an eye in a cab or just a short walk. It is such a convenient location and that area is only starting to pick up as more commercial spaces are being bought and flipped into great restaurants or other great condo's etc. It is so calm and peaceful in the condo up there because you cannot hear all the traffic from down below and can see the horizon from how far up we are. I never want to leave when I have that view in front of me and hope I never will have to :).
