Graniteville is a largely residential area off of Interstate 20 that’s growing consistently thanks to the nearby University of South Carolina campus at Aiken. This is a largely residential area, but it’s location near the interstate and Savannah River means that the amenities of the more populous areas are just a short drive away.

The apartment was not worth the money I paid monthly! For one to hear my upstairs neighbors children running ALL DAY and when i call the complaint number..NOTHING HAPPENED! Property manager was very rude and very dismissive! My initial walkthrough was rushed. Then found out the apartment i moved in a guy had just recently died in that apartment... call management and it was a very dismissive answer! I will never recommend these apartment to anyone!
Big thanks to the staff and Chelsie for the kind hospitality and professional experience on my move in process. Two months in and everything is excellent. Thanks guys for making this transition a very smooth process.. A+++++

My husband and I moved here about a month ago and we love living here! Yesterday, the office staff served dinner on the go at the gate and it was the perfect way to arrive home from work! We received a newsletter last week and they will be doing breakfast on the go Valentine’s Day morning! I couldn’t be more grateful for the office staff and maintenance staff and everything they do to make living here the absolute BEST!

My husband and I recently relocated to the area from the Los Angeles, CA area. We love calling the Summits home! The apartments are well maintained, clean, and pretty. The community is gated and all tenants have access to a 24 hr gym, beautiful pool, fire pits, grilling areas, a play ground and an open activity area. All utilities except electricity are included in rent which is a nice bonus. This includes internet and cable tv and monthly pest control. The management team, Tracy and Courtney, are very helpful and kind. My husband and I are really glad we chose the Summits to call home, highly recommended.

We have had a great experience with the living experience. Any time any troubles occur, they are solved immediately. I would definitely recommend living here and the appliances are energy efficient with is great on saving electricity.

My husband and I made the decision to down size in 2017. We wanted to make sure that when downsizing was we would still have that “homey” feeling wherever we chose . I must say it was one of the BEST decisions we’ve made. The office Manager Tracy has been nothing short of AMAZING! She has always been friendly, and made sure if I had any concerns that she addressed them. Last but certainly not least our Maintenance guy is always quick to fix anything that needs fixing. Hands down BEST apartment complex I’ve resided in.

New Office Manager is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, TRASHY people I have ever met! I no longer live there and the rude, trashy staff has ALOT TO DO WITH WHY!!!! I give no stars because for the money you pay to live there the apartments are crap and good luck getting anything fixed or being treated with RESPECT is apparently a joke since Im actually not sure the office manager knows how to act like a professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office staff are friendly, professional ! Jillian and Tracy are THE BEST!!! The apartments are very well kept and very pretty! Large and spacious! People are friendly and look out for one another. Very private location but close to town! Maintenance is prompt with any issues you may have. The grounds are kept very well, year round. Electric bills run low year round! Great place to live!
I like that the bedrooms are pretty large compared to others I have seen in the past. Being on the top floor allows you to have the perks of having a vaulted ceiling in the living room/main space. The balcony is pretty spacious and having the storage room out there for all of my moving supplies is great too. Great staff and maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner.
I love how quiet the overall neighborhood is. You get barely any noise in the area expect for on lawn maintenance days. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The pool is wonderful. This place also has some very nice included amenities. The only negative is that you get a lot of noise from above apartments.
The community is a fantastic place to raise a family . The staff is always courteous and responsive. Grounds are always kept clean and manicured. This is an all around A community nothing better in the surrounding area.
