      Despite being incorporated only two years ago, South Fulton has already developed a character all its own. Situated partly along the southern section of the Perimeter and stretching southwest over Chattahoochee Hills, South Fulton covers a large portion of residential and undeveloped land. This sprawling area is made up of a number of characterful neighborhoods, all offering access to ATL at a more affordable price.

      South Fulton’s entire western border is formed by the Chattahoochee, making it a perfect place for the outdoor-inclined to settle. There’s also plenty of parks and shopping centers to keep residents entertained.       On this morning, I scheduled a tour with David and he immediately contacted me to schedule a time. My tour was at noon and when I tell you, it was one of the best tourists I’ve ever experienced.       A WASTE !

      First of all , Don’t Let the pictures fool you , Ive been here for a Whole Year , IT Be TRASH ALL OVER THE GROUND , Maintaining That is Horrible. Gotta Deal With Roaches & LOTS OF CATS . The Main Gates Always BROKE , Because other people seem to run through it . Takes forever to Get Things Fix , Main Office lady so rude .

      H O R R I B L E ! Pictures Are Lies !

      First Off , You Will Be Carried Away By Roaches. Secondly, Management Takes Forever Resolving An Issue For You. The Dumpster Is Constantly Over Piled With Trash & Furniture . The Pool Has Not Been Open Since I’ve Been Here. The Children & Teens Are Reckless . They Burned Down A Whole Apartment Building , Placing Several People Without A Home .. They Recently Gave New Toilets & Shower Heads But I Still Have Mold & Mildew Growing In My Windowsills & Above My Tub . Not To Mention The Many Dead Ants That Appear On My Windowsills No Matter How Often I Clean. To Add Back On The Roach Situation, I Was Finally Around When Pest Control Came To Spray The Unit. He Sprayed Behind The Refrigerator & The Toilet & Asked If I Needed Anything Else. I Had To Follow Him Around Just To Get My Apartment Fully Sprayed. I’ve Been Here For A Year & Some Months & It’s Still The Same . They Just Installed A Gate & It’s Already Bent In & We Haven’t Even Used It Yet. I’m Only Still Here Because I’m Thoroughly Looking For A New Home . I’m Not Trying To Make The Same Mistakes I Did With These Apartments . Choose Wisely .

      Terrible

      If i could do no stars I would. The most unprofessional ppl I ever met. Roaches in the apartment. Empty apartment may I add. I had to sign the least before I did my walk through cause if I would have seen the u it first there was no way I would have signed the lease. I did the walk through on the unit the agent said she would meet me there I waited 45 minutes and she never showed up when I left and drove by the office they were all gone and closed. Told me I was going to get a new toilet instead had vendor try to caulk down to the floor just nastiest thing I ever seen. They were throwing furniture over the back of the balconies from previous tenants. Chairs were in trees. I bombed the apartment myself and even more roaches showed up. I never moved into the unit not a piece of furniture and they refused to give me any of my money back.. Just terrible.

      The worst

      I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. The service is terrible. I've been living here for almost a year and maintenance hasn't come to fix anything. There is painted over mold on the ceilings and the in & outsides of the vents. It's just a lot of stress & confusion.

      Ashford Oaks Apartments

      I stayed in Ashford Oaks Apartments for 1 before moving . The kids over there go out of their way to ruin the neighborhood. From throwing firecrackers in the breeezeway to kicking doors at 2 in the morning . If you won't be home often these are perfect but otherwise these aren't where you want live .

      Ashford oaks apartments

      Ashford oaks apartments are really nice but has extreme roach problem! The grounds are well maintained and it's fairly quiet! The staff are pretty nice and there is constant security which is great because they are real police officers! I love my apartment the only complaint I have and the roaches but they are working to fix it !

      Ashford oaks apartments

      I have lived here for one year and I rea can't compl about living here . It's well kept and clean the only problem which is really a major problem are the roaches !!!!!!! Omgoodness the roaches are bad !
