Terrible Experience – Mold and Unresponsive Management I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience living at Summit. The apartment has a severe mold problem that management refuses to address properly. I conducted tests and provided photos to prove the mold, but they ignored my concerns, putting my family’s health, especially my children’s, at serious risk. Mold exposure is dangerous, and I’m shocked at how negligent they’ve been. To make matters worse, their staff is incredibly rude. One employee constantly interrupted me, refusing to listen to my concerns, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I suggested they bring in specialists to confirm the mold, they dismissed me entirely. I strongly advise against renting here unless you want to deal with health hazards and unprofessional management. I’m currently taking steps to escalate this issue because no one should have to live in such conditions. Stay away!

Calm and well maintained community with needed amenities. Has good parking space and valet trash facilities as well. The grocery stores and parks are nearby. We can't find anyone in leasing office but the maintenance team is good and services are handled asap via chat and online requests.

The key was not working on the day of we move in so I had to wait outside until the maintenance guy comes to fix the issue. Luckily the maintenance showed up pretty soon and it was not too bad for resolving an issue.

Lorenzo is awesome and attentive and super friendly, and maintenance is not too tough to get ahold of and are very respectful and timely. My dog loved the maintenance guy.

The renovated units are really nice. Temperature controls in each room, valet trash services, and a patio. The secondary bedroom is pretty small, though. Kitchen is nice too, but I wish there was more counter space. Lastly, the driveway entrance for this complex is rough. Super steep with tight turning. Not sure how it will be as the temperature outside gets colder. Overall, I am enjoying my experience here as a renter.

I quite like it here! There have been a few hiccups in timing with maintenance, but we did catch them during a bad time, so I'm not sure that really counts. They were very kind when they did show up, though, and Lorenzo, the man who showed us our home and finalized our lease, was incredibly helpful and kind! Even still he answers my questions as soon as he can, so the confusion is limited. The apartment was super clean and well cared for when we moved in, with little to no damages to report, despite being somewhat dated. It's a beautiful little place!

Absolutely terrible experience. The management was completely unresponsive to any issues or concerns. They were slow to respond to messages and completely unhelpful when it came to resolving any problems. The apartment itself was below average, but the lack of communication and support from the management made it an unbearable stay. I would strongly advise against staying .

I've been in this cozy apartment with my family for almost a year, and I am so sad to leave. I am satisfied with almost everything: safety, management, and home infrastructure such as the community center, pool, barbecue site, and so on. Especially, I love the large balcony of my unit. Beautiful surroundings but slippery road in winter and good maintenance system. I have been here more than 3 years because they provide good prices compared to other apartments.

Club house floor was extremely dirty for days. No one seems to come into the office to work? It’s hard to get a hold of people who work in the office

Calm and Pleasant apartment homes. Interiors of the unit are amazing. Good maintenance and has pretty good amenities like Gym, Pool, and common grill area.

Moved recently, the interior look of the unit is delightful. The move in process was good and smooth. Initially we had issues in texting and a bit delay in the communication while trying to lease. Once things were finalized, all taken care hassle free. The unit has good amenities, calm and neat. We love this locality.

Compared to the beginning of my residence, some of them are better but some of them are worse. For instance, I have lived here for more than 3 years so the carpet is getting more dirty and they never clean the stairs any more.
Ever since I moved here about five years ago, I have had a great experience. This is a wonderful place to live in, It has excellent amenities, and it is a safe and quite place with great staff!
Been living here for over a year now, and have seen consistent improvements throughout the community. Very grateful for a place to live that is always improving.
The Summit is one of my favorite apartment complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always prompt to help with any questions or concerns. I recommend this place.
Location is ok The fact that it’s a downhill building is not convenient during the snow and is a bit of a hike to get out the building The Maintainance is not always prompt
Everything is good except the steps area cleanliness. The maintenance is quick and good. Other than that everything is good and no complaints.
No where is perfect, but I do love the location. Central to DTR, Bellevue, DTK and more. It takes no time at all to get anywhere you need to go. Outside of buildings could use some cleaning up and some upgrades. Also surprised they still have regular locks rather than smart locks.
It's a small community, just eight buildings, the management is always very responsive. I like that the turnaround time for service requests is very low. It's a well maintained community.
So far so good. Haven’t had any major problems, and that is kind of rare when renting these days. So very happy about that! Outside areas could use a good cleanup but that’s really it.

Location is nice Having to deal with downhill slopes and bumps situations inside the apartment complex is inconvenient specially in snow days Leasing office people are super nice but for some reason supplies needed for maintenance are always not available and it takes months to get things repaired
I moved to this community on 01/2022. The new management team is pretty awesome. They are working on improving the community. Alanna the new property manager has done a terrific job.
