Staff and maintenance are truly the worst. I’ve had water damage for three weeks and no one has spoken to me about fixing it. Someone told me twice they would come by and fix it, he never did, and now I’m being ignored. I requested a window be fixed before a hurricane, as it lets in water and gets my carpet soaking wet, ruins the walls, and water drips down into an outlet. That’s never been fixed. I’ve been waiting for that for 3 weeks as well. I’ve tried messaging maintenance every single day for the past week and I’m simply ignored. Absolutely pathetic place to live.

If you are tired of picking up after your own pet, live here. They do not enforce the pet waste cleanup and if there is any waste, management says it is not their job to clean it up. So waste just piles up. Lovely site in the morning and returning from work. Always fun to see how many new waste piles their are.
This is a great community to live in. Very dog friendly. The leasing and maintenance staff are the best and are quick to meet your needs.
I don’t recommend it. It’s too expensive for a complex with no gates, the area isn’t the best either, also I’ve had some maintenance issues about my ac since I’ve moved here and they haven’t fixed it, always sent someone and told us that the ac had nothing wrong so I had to buy a FAN to handle the nights here. I have a 2/2 apartment and both rooms has no light, so you better get yourself a floor lamp or something. After the pandemic they kept the gym and pool closed for months even tho all places had already reopened. The pool was stinking cuz they would not clean it, it had dead frogs, meanwhile we were payment the same exact price for services they were not delivering. I’m not renewing my lease and if you’re thinking about renting here you may wanna take a look at an apartment first. I’ve made the mistake of not asking them to see one when I first came here.

The grounds are not landscaped and look trashy . The breezeways and stairs are filfty. Duck poop is on the sidewalks.The keep going up onto rent w/nothing to offer. Residents have to pay $10 a month for pest control and don't even get our apartment sprayed every month. It' a rip off.
Have been lived here more than 3 years, environment is great, maintenance staff here are nice and patient. I would recommend to other people who looking for apartments.

Back in 2018 I was relocated to the city of Tampa for work (Chicago to Tampa). Never even being to Florida, my wife and I needed to find a new place to call home from hundreds of miles away on a computer screen. Many places didn’t have any availability on the dates I needed. After a dozen of failed phone calls, Sabal Park and its team saved the day with a place for us with a VERY reasonable price! We crossed our fingers and signed the lease all the way from the Midwest. We took a risky shot as we didn’t know the area, the management, or even the condition of the apartment (as we didn’t see it until we moved here for the first time). Well.. I’m glad we did! Myra, the property manager and Britney, the assistant property manager took the stress out of it all. Answering all of our questions in a very timely manger. I can’t not stop recommending friends to move here! Thank you ladies for the work you put into making Sabal Park a great place to live!!

We came from Puerto Rico, and we were looking for an apartment for almost a month, trying to find something as close as possible to the life style we're used too. It was so disappointing that over the 11 apartment complex that we visited, not a single one them meet our expectations. (old appliances, dirty floors, smelly surroundings, ect.) The Summit at Sabal Park was something else. The first impression that we received from Britney, the Property Manager, was professionalism and courtesy. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. That alone told us that we were in the right place. The surroundings are kept clean all the time. It is very quiet. The units are beautiful with new appliances. The staff customer service is off the chart, and they are also very courteous and kind. Our A/C unit stop working and the issue was resolved the next day by Jorge and Elijah. They even provided us with a window unit. In our opinion and base on our own experience, there's nothing out there better than The Summit at Sabal Park. We are very happy that we were able to find this place. We are only half a mile away from I-75 and 3 miles away from malls, restaurants and every other franchise that you can think of. They're even building a Starbucks right across the street. Very happy to be part of this community. We highly recommend this place.

Before moving to this place, I did an extensive searching for a pet friendly place. I read mixed reviews about Summit at Sabal Park on several websites, some bad reviews complaining about duck poop and people not picking up after their dogs. (C’mon, where there are birds, there are poops, too, and it’s the dog owners’ responsibility to pick up after their pets - and the majority of people do pick up after their pets!) I have been living here for almost 3 years now and I am happy to live here. It’s close to my work, close to I-4 and I-75, the staff is very friendly, the new management is fine, and the residents are nice, too. There are many amenities like swimming pool, gym, dog park, etc. There are also some activities (yoga, Halloween party, etc.) organized by SSP. The cost of living here (rent, utilities, etc.) is just about right and the place is safe. I would highly recommend it to anyone whose preferences match the above.

Just recently moved out in 2019. Lived here a couple of years. BEWARE...these apartments are as old as dirt..20 plus years old. They're falling apart. No Linen closet and the closets in the bedrooms are very small. Besides your rent,there are monthly extras you have to pay...water, sewage, $10 trash fee (taking your trash to the overflowing dumpsters)$25 alarm fee, $4 pest control fee, $5 processing fee for a statement you don't even get and it increases w/o any notice. Grounds are trashy, ROACHES GALORE, not to mention TERMITES, loud noise and maintenance SUCKS...especially Len...he's clueless. BEWARE if you renew your lease, they'll stick you with a $100 plus increase in your rent. They're rips off...all they want is your money.
The Summit at Sabal Park Apartments is reasonably priced and located in a great location. For those that travel, this place is a step away from all interstates and 10 minutes from downtown Tampa. The staff are very helpful and personable and because of that I signed a 2nd lease. The Summit at Sabal Park just started some major renovations and upgrades which was needed, but is impressive. This is a great community for location, affordability and safety.
I've lived here for a year now and when I first moved in, the management team was great...the maintenance was a tad slow in responding but the office staff made up for it. Then, 6 months into my lease, the property gets taken over by another company and let's just say customer service is definitely not their strong suit! Just recently, something hit my window in the middle of the night and shattered it and I called the office the next morning to report it and they didn't even attempt to come fix it, so then I told someone in person when I went to hand in my 30 day notice less than a week later...it has now been almost a month and my window is still broken. And we live in Florida and it has rained pretty much every day the past 2 months! I finally told the manager (the 3rd person I've reported this to) today so we shall see if anything comes of it. I thought having on call maintenance and decent property management is supposed to be the pro of renting...
