The back gate is breaks at LEAST once a month. The parking situation is absolutely atrocious and I’ve relayed this in every review but nothing is done. There are constantly guests parking in the non-guest area and nothing is done about it. The guest parking itself is pathetically tiny for a complex of this size. There are reserved spots that are constantly empty. There are times where i have had to park 2 buildings away from my apartment. With how expensive the rent is here and how it’s dubbed “luxury” apartments, this issue shouldn’t exist.

very spacious and modern apartments, we moved from a one bedroom to now a two bedroom and decided to stay in the same complex because of how much we love it and the proximity to everything in Nashville
Nice neighborhood! They have a cute dog park, even one for little dogs! Not to much noise. Cute pool too! I like that it’s gated. Would recommend :).

Clean, safe and comfortable vibe. Much larger apartments than many others we looked at and for less. We have an updated apartment, which has been nice. Not a single issue with neighbors and every request we’ve made with maintenance or with the leasing office was met quickly. Great apartments with a good office staff. Any issues are quickly resolved by the amazing maintenance team! We have been here almost three years now and really like it.
I love this apartment complex! Our move-in was smooth and the amenities are great! It is a gated community and I have always felt safe. The apartments are spacious and clean.

I’ve loved my time at The Summit. Hannah, the assistant property manager, is always a big help. She made the application process simple, and helps me with anything every time I come into the office. The maintenance is top notch, any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been answered in about 20min! All around, a nice apartment community!

I’ve lived here almost two years and I love it. The apartments are modern with plenty of storage space and nice appliances. Maintenance is top notch. Less than 15 minutes from downtown and about one mile from a shopping center.

We lived here over a year ago then moved to NY then relocated back for work. We've been here a month and things certainly aren't what they used to be. Garbage gets left out in the walkways all weekend and management does nothing about it (despite a policy to warn then fine repeated offenders) and my key fob hasn't worked since the second week we moved in. After stopping by the office multiple times and a couple different "remedies" the solution is now that I have to wait until some new key fobs that are back ordered come in eventually. No estimate was able to be given of when that may be so any time I want to access my own apartment community, I have to go to the guest box and call my unit number. I wish management cared like they used to. Overall it's a good community to live in but it has declined significantly and is likely to continue. It is also very difficult to get in touch with anyone through email or phone.
Pros: -storage space -Kitchens are amazing compared to most rentals in this price range -over all square footage -energy efficient -pet friendly -great area, close to shopping and downtown -fitness center is really nice -pool area is clean and a nice place to relax -gated -trash service Cons: -Parking can be a nightmare. I asked the office staff multiple times before signing the lease if there was ever and issue with it and they assured me that there was not. They only allow parking passes behind the gate which is nice (if there isn't a pass they will boot it very fast) , but I feel that they give out more parking passes than there are spots. There are times that I have to park 2 buildings away. They need to look at adding more or sectioning it off by building.
