The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Summit Apartments
This new management team accuses their residents and threatens to fine without any bases of proof. Their maintenance parks in residents spots and shows no customer service skills. Let this be your last option.
If you aren't bothered by trash, rats, piles of dog poop everywhere or unprofessional staff then this could be your dream home!
Lived here a long time ago. It was a fair place to live. At the time there was a very bad management company. They were the reason I moved out. On occasion it did have trash all over when it go closer to trash pick up day. Two bedrooms aren't too bad of a size. You have a little bit of storage area out on the patio/balcony. That was nice. It was bigger than what I have now at another place I live. I heard the old management got evicted and a new company came in but that's all I have heard concerning them. There was a fitness room, a pool and sauna, basket ball court and playground while I was living there. Old management took the fitness room out, another reason I left. At the time I was on Section 8 through Pierce County Housing Authority. Not sure if they still take it, but they might. I would possibly live here again if I had a bottom floor because I can't climb the stairs. It's an okay place to live. I heard a few months ago that a new maintenance guy was hired. That's good because that place needs him.
