The only issue I have 10 days into being here is, my unit's carpent was disguising nasty! Like NO ONE thought to have it cleaned before I moved in. Now furniture will have to moved to clean or replace it and that's just a waste of energy.

There is no change in my residence but it is unfortunate that crimes continue to occur by intruders. This statement is only an assumption but if residents are living here and they have people living with them who disrespect others home and property than they should remove them.

Other than crime everything else is ok. The property is clean, and the staff is efficient. Maintenance usually responds in 24 hours. I think the lake needs to be drained, I saw huge venomous snake!

My whole moving experience was a breeze. Move - in day was my first time actually seeing the apartment my son and fiancé picked it out while I was in the hospital; and I have to say I was scared at first lol but I believe they did an amazing job! I love the Floorplan and especially the view from the balcony and to have a fireplace was a plus for me I can't wait to use it around the holidays!! My overall rating would be a 10/10

Apartment community is quiet. It’s fairly clean. . . Not as clean as it used to be but fair. And a lot of abandoned vehicles and trash in parking lot. A rise in police activity and riff raff occupying the company they keep with little to no regard for the people they share the community with. Keep your head down doors closed and you’ll love it here. There are some pleasant neighbors here though. And maintenance is pretty good.

The apartments are great
I just moved in The Summit Apartments this week I enjoy living in a community where I feel like a priority to the management team. I feel safe and comfortable here and love the quality of the apartment complex I am residing in.

DANGEROUS, LOUD, TRASH EVERYWHERE
This place is obscenely overpriced. It’s been a nightmare since we moved in. There’s TRASH everywhere, the dumpsters are always overflowing. Random men walk to and from their cars with machine guns. People always out in the parking lot staring at you. Neighbors are always screaming and fighting all during the day and night. The maintenance men don’t have a clue what they’re doing and stuff is ALWAYS breaking. And the office workers are extremely rude. I don’t feel safe, period.

The ABSOLUTE WORST
As a recent medical grad living on my own for the first time, I can say that living here at the Summit has been a terrible rude awakening into the real world. I strongly urge anyone reading this to please PLEASE take your money elsewhere. I lived here 1 year and from the time i moved in to the time of departure, my apartment smelled of smoke. Minor problem. The laundry facilities and pool was consistently unkempt and gross looking with dead leaves and mildew floating in the water. Moderate problem. The neighborhood is unsafe. Residents getting their cars jacked, shootings and burglaries in the vicinity and on the premises. But this is memphis, you knew that. I just wouldn't want to raise my family here for sure. Major problem. But the absolute worst thing about this place has got to be the people running this "business". They claim to offer an incentive 250.00 resident referral discount. I'll tell you now, don't bother to try to claim it, they will find some sort of excuse to not give it to you. Make sure to get all correspondence with them regarding payments in writing. Bottom line, this should be on the bottom of your list when seeking out apartments. The only reason i moved here was because of how close it was to job. DO NOT COME HERE

Worst apartments ever
These apartments are unclean, poorly managed and smelly. There is constantly trash everywhere and all the apartments smell like smoke. Maintenance is slow and when they do “fix” something it breaks almost immediately. There are tons of wasps nests in the outdoor closets and in the stairwells. The other tenants are noisy and destructive, and some of them recently set a fire in the laundry room. When it gets hot outside the entire property smells like a sewer. Management and other staff are rude and deceitful about leases and what you do and don’t have to pay. I would highly recommend AGAINST ever living here.

They definitely shouldn't describe them as "luxury". Lots of break ins/robberies. Serious rodent/insect problems across the complex.

Not good
1. Poor maintenance in the back 2. Neighbor on drugs 3. Fleas in apartment (nothing has been done) 4. Neighbor set stove on fire 5. Bedroom door keeps getting jammed 6. Bathroom door won't shut 7. Other bathroom door won't stay shut It's been a joy, glad I had a 6 month lease.

Our Professional Exterminators came to your apartment on June 15 to check for fleas. They performed a flea test all over your apartment and could not find any visuble signs in your unit. I HAVE STAY IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT APARTMENTS BUT THESE APARTMENT ARE THE BEST SO FAR. ITS QUIET YOU WOULD NEVER GUESS KIDS LIVE IN THEM. AND I COULD NOT HAVE PICK BETTER NEIGHBORS. WE ALL RESPECT EACH OTHER AND THAT WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT.

Nice apartment but
I like my apartment complex but there are always a few downsides. Sometimes the smell from the dumpster is really bad. Other than that, I like the fact that they have a work out center that I have access to.
