The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Studio NoHo
Unauthorized charges- Contract is vague and charge whatever they want. Good luck getting any contact, they take the money and run. Per month they charge an extra $180 fees and gov charges that I ASKED TO CLARIFY PRIOR TO SIGNING. That doesn’t include the hundreds spent in electricity because these are so hot to live in. Thin walls- my neighbors below have thin floors, I can hear word for word what they say. Breach of contract- said I had trash included and added it to the bill, have fun paying $58 per month in valet trash and gov fees and the hallways stink of trash daily. No disabled access- there’s no access that doesn’t include a step no matter where you enter. You have to walk three lengths of the building to access the ramp that to exit that still have a step. Best part is they all park in disabled spaces without their badge so I can’t park in them with a badge. When I called the regional manager never called back and now have no way to access outside after my next surgery. I tried to reach out to fix everything and forced to place reviews, how about you give me back my ‘service fees$25’ and ‘valet fees $25’ in back charges. My favorite part is raising my concerns and getting ignored or gaslit. If I wanted to be gaslit and have some one take all my money it would have been cheaper to call my ex. The only nice managers eventually quit so rarely any management on site. New manager to wonderful but owners and these fees and heavily overpriced unit need to review what you’re charging.
Management is terrible. Repairs go undone, making the units dangerous and unlivable. Also the walls are paper thin and you will hear your neighbors.
My husband and I have lived here for 6 months now. I think Margaret is doing a great job maintaining and monitoring the property. We've needed maintenance for 2 small things, both were fixed the same day. I would email her in the morning and by afternoon Francisco would be there. Francisco also does a fantastic job keeping the property clean and maintained. I don't know how they manage 68 units with just the two of them. The rooftop is an additional lounging space, the fitness room has what you need for a small workout. The space feels safe and the neighbors are all pretty nice. We don't really hear our neighbors, there are some exceptions like times where there may be gatherings on the rooftop on the weekends or when someone is moving and making building noises but we're never bothered. We close the windows and we're good to go.
Management unresponsive. Left multiple messages via their online forms, email, phone calls, and voice mail over the course of two months. Even stopped by in person to a locked door and unanswered phone number. Never received a reply. Calls seem to go to a call center- too corporate, never got to a real person.
The Studio is an Adaptive Reuse Project building. The Adaptive Reuse Program exists to create new housing opportunities. The Studio has repeatedly and continuously leased residential units for exclusive commercial use. Shame on The Studio for illegally reducing available housing!
