the sterling at oak hills is by far the most amazing community. they helped us in a desperate time of need and helped us escape a terrible living situation. i’ve never been more grateful for the leasing team for helping me even through one of the toughest times of my life, even listening to me vent. i’m forever in debt to them.
Would not recommend at this time. Management needs to address the growing community response to their lack of engagement and ability to execute on correcting the issues everyone is experiencing.

Greystar has managed this property since early 2025. Recently the property has declined in appearance and personal safety. The addition of recent tenants has brought about a dangerous, criminal element. There is no longer on site secuirity. Look elsewhere.

I’ve been living here for a few months. My unit is clean and in good shape, and the apartment itself is comfortable. But there are big issues. The EV chargers have been broken for over a month, with no clear timeline for repairs. A staff member even told me they were fixed when they weren’t, which was frustrating, especially since the chargers were a big reason I signed my lease. Also, the hallways could use more frequent cleaning, especially with all the bird nests that can’t be removed, leaving messes in common areas. If you don’t need an EV charger and can overlook some maintenance issues, this place might work. Otherwise, be cautious.

Wonderful community with best front desk agents are very helpful and very courteous and always with smiling faces and welcoming to tenants. Work order taken care immediately and with utmost responsibility. I will not leave this apartment if this attitude continues. Best apartments I have ever been.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff is amazing. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly and the team is so good they leave no trace they were even in your apartment fixing something. They have great perks - community events, on site market, two pools, package concierge, valet trash pickup, electric car chargers, etc. I’ve never had an issue with noisy neighbors. In fact, I live on the first floor (which I was nervous about at first) but I barely hear anything from the people around me. I love it!
This place is a godsend! Moving here was a great fit for me, the staff here is incredible the best ever. The manager and her staff has made me so comfortable and at home. I have been blessed for sure at this age and this time in my life to start all over is unreal for me but I couldn’t have done it without madi the manager she went beyond and I thank her and her team from the bottom of my heart!! I have lived here for almost 2 years, and I don’t have any complaints. Amazing staff in office, and great maintenance staff. All work orders are done in 1-2 days, which is amazing in my mind. This community is in a good area for any medical/nursing students.

Broadstone Oak Hills is the place to be in the medical center! If you are a student, the environment is great to study and concentrate. The amenities are beautiful and accessible! Overall very pleased with my living experience!

Apartments are fairly new but the management team needs to be more involved. Apartments never get serviced as in air filters, water filters for refrigerator, and work orders never get completed. Nevertheless, they have an emergency phone number that is issued for emergencies but it never gets answered or voicemails never get returned. I have been 2 days without A/C and no one responds

Great experience with leasing professionals. The location is great and I can easily get to work daily within 20-30 mins which is my max commute time. I enjoy watching the people play golf on the weekends when I am home. Considering venturing over and taking a lesson. I would recommend this property.
