Slow maintenance repairs, weeks with no ac, tons of roaches,and the workers and management could not care less
They keep shutting the water off and take the whole day to turn it back on. Nothing ever works and maintenance never fix anything right. They keep raising the rent and the apartments are in horrible conditions with apartment floodings and cockroaches everywhere. Do not move in you will regret it believe me
First and foremost: TAKE PHOTOS WHEN IF/WHEN YOU MOVE IN! the first office asst warned us of this when we moved in. She might have saved our deposit. 10 months ago. We made the mistake in trusting them when they assured us the model looks like actual units. We were hesitant but still trusting when we weren’t able to view the unit we’d be moving into. It was a nightmare - you’ll be required to pay a “cleaning fee” to move in and once you do, you’ll have to clean your apartment, snake drains, sanitize your fridge and unclog toilet. They will try to keep you on a filthy unit and promise to come repair it soon - it won’t happen! They will tell you they spray for pests every TUES as long as you request so. In 11 months our apt has been sprayed TWICE (but the manager Gloria will lie and document that your apt has been sprayed to avoid corporate - EMERALD SHORES); despite cleaning weekly we were met each morning with roaches of all sizes. (When we later hired our own pest control we were told the bugs were probably coming from an infestation in the abandoned unit next door to us.)
