The Square at Latham Park

I was not happy in my old apartment complex and started searching for a new one. I looked at quite a few before discovering Latham. I chose Latham for many reasons; the attached garage, the large rooms, the full sized washer/dryer, the walk in closets, the view of the pond, the pool and workout equipment, the community area with Starbucks coffee and the barbecue area. Those features have not disappointed. After living here almost a year, I have found even more reasons to love Latham. The community itself is very quiet and safe. Everyone is conscientious of keeping us clean and attractive. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and courteously. There are many walking paths which I enjoy with my dog. So to sum it up, Latham has become my home.

I feel like I am on vacation every day! Beautiful modern two bedrooms, two bath apartment, including an attached garage, weekly garbage service, open kitchen with granite countertops, beautiful stainless appliances, gorgeous year round swimming pool, 24 hr fitness center! Also, check out the amazing bicycle/walking trails throughout our community connecting us with other communities! Wonderful place for dogs! An extremely pretty clubhouse available for parties with adjoining patio for grilling fun get togethers!

I have loved living here! All the neighbors are super nice and friendly. I love all the amenities provided and all the community events. This is truly a great place to live!

I've been really satisfied with moving to this community. My 2 bedroom apartment is clean and feels brand new. My favorite part is the extended/attached garage, perfect for storing all of my sports equipment and holiday decor. The wildlife here is awesome, along with the walking paths that lead to the labyrinth and wetland preserve. The Starbucks Cafe is a huge plus. I've also enjoyed the community events that the leasing office hosts, making it easy to meet new people.

It’s so peaceful and has some of the most beautiful views! The staff are so friendly and helpful and we couldn’t ask for a better opportunity to stay in apartments then this one! Definitely worth what your paying. Thank you Karen!

I lived in South Carolina and was looking for a place in the Columbus area. I called the office and got Karen. She went out onto the property with her cell phone and gave me a tour. That experience was like being on-site. Everything looked amazing. I signed a lease and moved in. It's a beautiful, quiet, safe and pet-friendly community. The staff has been very cordial. I plan on being here a long time.

Lived there two years (signed of the the last multi year leases) At the time it was priced well, although priced have jumped dramatically since then. My only complaints were the requirement to have their overpriced and underwhelming cable service and that upon moveout I feel like I was nickel and dimed being charged for things they were required to do anyway. I had a professional cleaner come in to clean upon my move and I was disappointed that they found a reason to hold on to my security deposit. That being said, when comparing to other apartments that were similar in price at the time it was nice place at a reasonable price and the staff was always very nice and easy to work with.

We just renewed our lease at the Square, and couldn’t be happier calling this place home. The apartment is beautiful and perfect for our small family. We love the amenities, especially the year round pool. We also love the convenience of the short drive to anything we need, including school. If your looking for a nice place with a quiet community, nothing beats the Square.

The apartment, community, and staff/grounds have made our experience amazing. The inside of the apartment is spacious and felt like a home from the beginning. The community is very welcoming. People walk their dogs, swim in the pool, and neighbors are personable. The grounds keep this place so beautiful and well kept. This is my favorite apartment I've lived in.

If you like clean, spacious, quiet apartments, then the Square is right for you. The staff is always helpful with anything from special accommodations to maintenance. I would defiantly recommend the complex to a friend.

My wife and I have last rented an apartment back in 1973. Over the `course of that time we owned homes in all our relocations. But now being retired we decided it was time to downsize and we searched and searched throughout Columbus to find an apartment complex that would suite our needs. And our needs were simple. Great company folks to work with. A maintenance dept. that fulfilled our request within a day and not a week. And pride of ownership forthcoming from the company as well as our neighbors. There is much more I could comment on but, I think everyone gets the message. Thank you THE SQUARE AT LATHAM PARK.

Latham Park is a great place to call home! It is extremely well maintained and very friendly staff. I especially enjoy the trails and easy access to anywhere in Hilliard. Interior amenities are great too!

This new community offers the comforts of home with upgraded appliances and granite countertops in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are plentiful for professional adults and community engagement opportunities are always available. The staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate requests too!

This is a great and quiet place to live. Very friendly community with many activities each month for the outgoing individual. Wonderful networking group to take advantage of. Personal Garage parking! Wonderful location and great SCHOOL district!

This place is new, and set back off the road, its quiet and clean, and the management is super nice and easy to work with. I moved in March 2019 I've loved it ever since! There are lots of community events and even a networking group that meets in the clubhouse called northwest community connectors. Very happy to be here would recommend!

I just moved in less than a month ago and everything so far has been amazing. This apartment community offers a lot included in the price of rent which I really enjoy. Attached garages, free cable, and the internet, heated year-round pool. Best bang for your buck!

From the date (June 2019) that I decided to make this my new home, Nathan took his time to walk me through each detailed step of the entire process (on-line account setup to select and sign a lease for the apartment, renters insurance, how to navigate through the user-friendly web-application, etc., etc., etc.). On a weekly basis, I was in contact with Nathan for additional questions, move-in date changes, etc. He was always friendly, understanding, pleasant and NOT RUSHED to provide all the detailed information and more to me. I was in the process of selling my home when I decided to move into this living community. Due to this, I had to change my move-in date twice. Nathan was always understanding, pleasant and went above and beyond to assist me with my transition of from being a 27 year home owner to my new home in this living community. Too, Nathan took pictures and videos for me of another apartment and view from the balcony that I I thought I may interested in obtaining as my new home. IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THIS HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went and toured at the open house and really liked the apartments. The staff in the office is very helpful and the best I've ever experienced. Free internet and cable comes with the units and that was a huge plus in my book.

Went and toured last week and the staff was very nice. Helped me figure out pricing and really liked all the amenities offered included in the rent.

I really like the attached garage and the starbucks coffee machine. The all seasons pool is awesome too!
