      My husband and i are going to sign a 15 month lease renewal after living here since March 2023 and I really intend to stay here for the long-term, this apartment complex is really a completely hidden gem in an ideal location for the Charlotte commuter and a total dream. The manager Lachae King does an incredible job with everything and the leasing office staff always quickly and efficiently do their best to solve any issue that may arise in an attentive and skilled way without any kind of hesitation. Outside the firepit and stone lined walkways look fantastic and the floor plans. Friends and family visiting always comment on how beautiful it looks outside our home and the countertops and appliances are modern and lovely. I love the secure package room which can unlock with code sent to your phone and the location in relation to the rest of the city could not be more great if you live in Charlotte or are considering moving to the Queen City. It feels as though it is nearby everything and it is great to be a 20 minute walk from the LYNX light rail and a 15 minute drive from NoDa and uptown. SouthPark mall is right down the street also!! I love the fireplace in our studio as well as electricity WiFi and cable included within utilities, making the reasonable rent an even better value. It is also amazing that the whole complex is completely tobacco-free. Thank you Spoke at Tyvola!

      Very pleasant experience from the initial tour to getting my keys. The staff is very helpful, courteous and professional. You can't beat the price for everything that's included. Convenient location, quiet, safe area.....who could ask for more

      I would strongly recommend NOT moving here

      This apartment complex has been a nightmare. The only good thing about is has been the floorplan of my unit. Apart from that, wifi is unbearably slow, there are frequent power outages, the listed amentities were non existent or completely unavailable for most of my time as a tenant, and easily solvable problems are drawn out or completely ignored by continued bad management.

Our Wi-Fi speed has increased extremely since November 2022. The power outages that you mention were due to a wind storm in Mecklenburg County. The property completed renovations in November 2022. Residents were made aware before they moved on the property that the property was currently under construction. Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter.
