I just moved in this week and could not be happier with my experience thus far! The process was easy from the tour to move in day. The leasing office staff is the most organized staff I have dealt with. Also, my apartment was extremely clean when I moved in. I know I am going to be happy here!

Lived here almost 4 years. I enjoy the amenities I wish they had a hot tub for winter months. Otherwise no complaints other then occasional noise.
So far good. Coming from a 2300 SQ., feet house, an adjustment! The amenities are great, love the no yard work, wish the balcony was larger. Overall, 9/10 good rating.
The staff are very friendly and we were very helpful on move in readiness. The property is very clean well maintained. I enjoy the larger pool area with plenty of room.
Nice place , amazing amenities available at all times , you’ll absolutely love living here. The views are incredible, the lifetime is right around the corner , not that far from downtown either. Just perfect.

The hallways could definitely be cleaner, and security is certainly not its strongest point. The staff usually doesn’t provide reliable information and may easily give you incorrect details, which can later turn into a real headache.

I love the area and how it’s outside of the city, but still close enough to downtown. The amenities are beautiful and I feel really cozy in my unit.

The condominium is a large residential complex, located in an area that easily connects me to my work, with easy access to the city's main roads. The condominium offers a variety of features and amenities for residents, such as a gym, parking, leisure area, delivery and mail room, barbecue area, home office, garbage collection, administration to help residents with questions and protection, and security with camera surveillance. The condominium is well maintained overall, but it would be better to pay more attention to cleaning the hallways.

Nice community, nice apartments loved it!! They have a range of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style pool with ample seating, and a welcoming clubhouse. But there are some concerns about noise levels, particularly from neighboring units and external traffic. There have also been mentions of security issues, such as vehicle break-ins, and occasional maintenance challenges

Pretty apartments, could improve on maintenance, security, etc. Very dog friendly with a dog park, gym, pool, lounge sites, and a community building with games.
It has been really good. Everything is clean and organized, very modern designs and I like clubhouse and all the stuff there, it's so fun to go by yourself or with friends.

Experience so far has been great. I really do love the apartments. I love how The apartments are well maintained. I also really Love the clubhouse, especially the gym and the pool area. The apartments are very close to my workplace, making it even more convenient for me. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves to live in a clean environment, peaceful. Great location and amenities. Gym is spacious with yoga studio variety of equipment including rowing machine. Pool is nice and spacious with many seating options including hammocks under the gazebo. Pool is not open year round. No elevators in buildings. Walls are thin can hear outside noise easily.

This place is fantastic! Plenty of room, lot's to do, and privacy is always appreciated! Having regular trash pickup is nice, as well! Would have loved to get in here earlier!

Breezeways need attention, no refrigerator filter change since moving in almost two years ago (change filter light has been on since day one.) Hello package option in the mail room rarely is as simple as entering a code and grabbing package. Pool gates from the mail room side sometimes don't work with access keycard. Dates and times for scheduled maintenance have been changing often lately. Pet droppings aren't being addressed but thats just as much on tenants walking pets and not using the pet waste bags and trash cans as it is on the apartment complex for not keeping them stocked and emptied to begin with. Its still a "decent" place to call home and all of these issue's I'm sure would be cleared up with more constant follow up with the leasing agents, but for what we pay in rent,should any residents really have to take time out of our days to follow up on such easily addressable issues?

Great floor plans with lots of windows, especially if you’re looking for a one-bedroom that doesn’t feel like a box. Nice central location close to lots of places in the city.

NIGHTMARE! We keep getting emails telling us to not walk around at night from the office. Parking lot lights keep going out, which is a safety concern for all the car break-ins and assults within this community. (Check the police blotter.) I had a neighbor expose himself to me and THREE children while on a walk from his apartment door. DONT walk at night, we learned the hard way. Pool was broken all summer. When it did open back up, at the end of summer, the full trash cans attracted flies, there was hair in the pool (wrapping around us while we swam) and so many bottle tops on the concrete we took our kids and left. Broken glass on our breezeway stairs for a month. I put in a work order and it was never picked up. I swept it up myself. Office staff redirects and does not help. Dog walking trash cans are always full of poop. It’s disgusting. Oh staff entered my apartment without notice. My 4 year old was on the couch and I was in the shower.

The overall experience is good and great location. The loud noise from cars and motorcycles coming in and out of the neighborhood is disturbing at late hours of the day. Other note to mention is the ventilation system in the apartments leak smells from the building. Often times smell of smoke seep through the vents and cover the entire rooms of the apartment. The gym and amenities are great. The business center has internet access issues most of the time. The clubhouse is spacious and relaxing.

There was mold growing in my closets and I tried to the the apartment complex about it and they said it was my fault. I had several people try and come by and test the air and they kicked me out and them, but wouldn’t fix the problem. My beloved dog ended up dying because of this mold exposure.

Me and husband has been living in Nashville for almost 4 years now and the Sound at Pennington Bend is the best apartment to live in so far. It is very nice and safe apartment, also they are very responsive and fast. Close to where we work and close to downtown too!

so far everything is fine, very quite community, very nice sorrunding, the apartment it is just what we need for now, so we are very happy being part of this community. I only wish my balcony could be more clean and without wasps , hope we get pest control soon to clear them soon, and we can be able to enjoy our balcony that have a great view

I've been living here for only two days, so it's way too early for giving a review. So far it's been going well. The only thing is that the apartment could have been delivered cleaner.

Been here nearly 3 years and still love it. Amenities are great everyone is friendly. Only bad thing is if you park on the street you more then likely will have your vehicle broke into. 7 cars in one night got broken into and a few cars another night same thing. But other then that no complaints.

Low security. Bunch of cars got broken into windshields busted. Happened a few times already. Low security. Parking ??? not reliable Hopefully they will get it fixed soon

So far so good! Very well maintained apartment with plenty of amenities and most importantly at a perfect location , friendly staff is a huge plus
Recently living at pennington is the worst. You have to go through hell and back to be eligible for an apartment and sign a crazy contract. Just to find out that they aren’t holding up their side of the deal. They have all sorts of dogs that aren’t supposed to be allowed in the complex all over the place. Since living here, there has never been a time when all amenities are able to use but we still pay for them all. Then when things go wrong (like someone crashing a car into the dog park/cars being broken into at the complex) the residents are not notified. If we are notified about amenities being closed they are aggressively worded towards the residents; pointing fingers as if the issues aren’t due to a lack of staff (or staff that cares). My apartment constantly reeks of weed from neighbors smoking even though the complex threatened to call attorneys when they noticed smoking. Living at pennington is like living at a college dorm. Definitely not worth the insane prices they list.
It’s very good to live they have a very peaceful clubhouse and very nice gym equipment. I also love my place specially in security and i love my neighborhood. Staff are very responsive in email and very helpful.
I’ve loved living here the past three years. Great location and great floor plans no matter how may rooms you need. Very well maintained and problems are addressed quickly.
The stickers on car windows where people could not see out of their cars is unprofessional. Office staff is rude when asked general questions. The club house flooded and was unusable for a long period of time.
