Located about three miles northwest of Downtown San Antonio, Monticello Park provides a lovely, tree-filled setting offering a variety of historic homes. Recognized as the Monticello Park Historic District, most of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1920s. Came in with Aunt and the office staff was great. They showed us a tour and all the amenities. Natalie was able to answer all of our questions. Looking forward to coming back in 2024 to apply

Wonderful place to live. Management/resident communication is basically nonexistent. Current maintainance staff has limited ability and work ethic. I have been waiting to get a faulty kitchen light fixed since July 30, 2021! Pigeon poo is a health hazard that has yet to be addressed.

Dont move here! They want the rent on time every month but do not fix things that need to be fixed. Maintenance is a joke! How long must residents live with no laundry room which has taken so long to fix!!

Location, location, location! The foremost must in selecting a home. That's what it feels like living at The Sorento. You couldn't ask for a better place to live. Everything one needs is only minutes away. The apartments are spacious and handicap designed if need be.

My wife and I are very happy and comfortable living here. The complex is quiet and well kept. The fact that it's catered to 55 and over makes it desirable for those wanting to live in a quiet environment away from loud noise and loud neighbors.
