I love the amenities and it’s very nice to have two different dog parks. My apartment was spotless and I enjoy it everyday. Maintenance is friendly! And the front office is very professional. I enjoy my morning walks and getting Starbucks coffee from the office??

Sommery has a beautiful and spacious living spaces.
The Sommery is built in a great location with parking lots that make it easy to come and go during your busy day. They offer beautiful unit layouts with up to date appliances, lots of storage in unit, and great AC and fans in every room. There’s a strong sense of safety within the community.
My wife and I had an amazing experience with The Sommery. The management Team service was top- notch, and it exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend The Sommery to anyone looking for a an apartment! It’s a beautiful place!

I’ve lived at this complex for over a year and have not had a great experience. Your lease forces you into community WiFi and doesn’t allow you to get your own private WiFi, however the community WiFi goes out for 12-24hrs at a time at least once a month. If you work from home and require reliable WiFi, this is a terrible option for you. The units are nice but terribly built, appliances are subpar also. Maintenance staff is fine but changes very often so you never know who is actually on staff at any given moment. The office staff is way more concerned with planning events than making the living conditions adequate and being responsive to issues. There are way better options out there. Look around before committing to this complex.

Great neighbors, quiet but busy, great vibes and fun community events.
This community offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern living. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, with high-quality finishes and modern amenities. I especially appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, the ample storage space, and the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The in-unit washer and dryer are also a huge plus, making laundry day a breeze. The community amenities are top-notch as well. The swimming pool is always clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing on a hot day. The fitness center is well-maintained and has a good variety of equipment, making it easy to stay active without leaving the property. The clubhouse and common areas are stylish and comfortable, ideal for socialising with neighbours or hosting small gatherings. One of the best aspects of living at The Sommery is the friendly and responsive management team. They are always available to address any concerns and ensure that the community remains a pleasant place to live. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which is greatly appreciated.

This place is clean, beautiful, and serene. I loved it from the 1st day I moved in. The services are nice and the staff is very courteous. I recommend it to people moving into Austin, and the Round Rock area! Greystar has done a excellent job.
I've been here for a few months, and during this time, there have been three changes in management. The communication about the changes in management was not effectively conveyed to the community. However, since the new management took over, there have been significant improvements in the communication and the fixes around the community. I appreciate Brittany's hard work.
Simple, don't move here. Waste of money. There's no luxury. This is not a family friendly community. If you ahve a dog, your dog will be happier than you. Find a community that is resident focused. Thank me later
The leasing staff are wonderful! Very pleasant experience working with them. The property is new and being improved every day. The events hosted are lively. All of the amenities are true to description and the community is wonderful.
Don't move here until they knock out all of the new apartment kinks.
