The people answering the phone were mostly nice but did not give correct information to future lease holders. Also stated that they were working on fixing situations and then never did. It seems like no one is one the same page about what the complex can or can’t do

So far everyone I’ve met has been friendly and helpful, our apartment was kinda trashed nothing to serious just poorly patched walls and some minor broken things but getting help was very easy and me and my roommate got it taken care of

It’s a nice apartment complex with a bunch of amenities which is really convenient. I think the one thing that tends to be annoying is that a town that has a bunch of college kids the neighbors can be quite a bit older than the group which they just don’t understand or out of touch of the college kids

Staff was very welcoming, parking was great, great roommates. The Social is in a great location in regards to UW campus. Excited to get to call this place home.
I’ve had some issues such as damages and the condition of the apartment, staff, people walking in without knocking, the hot tubs not being open during open hours, and more but overall it’s been alright
The hot tubs have spent probably 10 out of the last 12 months broken. They have not fixed them or done anything of the sorts however part of our rent still goes to them and we have not been compensated for their refusal to do anything about it. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Leasing office is very inconsiderate and is unwilling to accommodate with your needs. Super overpriced for what you get. The amenities are mid and most the time the pool or bus is broken.

rooms and kitchens are small for 4 people living in them. pool has been broken for months and now the fences are down. gym looks nice and they have a tanning bed so that helps. the leasing manager Jordan is very kind and helpful in frustrating situations.

My resident experience had been great! The social workers are very quick to help with any problems that need tended to and they are very understanding. They are flexible with everyone’s different situations and are great with helping with the situations at hand quickly and efficiently.

I love the facilities, the privacy compared to the dorms. Rent is resanobal. I'm just waiting for the hot tubs to be opened up again. They have been closed since I moved in.

Getting Better! I've been here since The Social has been known as Campus Habitat, The Quarters, and now The Social. By the year it gets better and better with management, maintenence, package security, and amenities. They are becoming more available and easier to access and rent hasn't gone up by much over the years which I am greatful for!

The apartment community is great! Everyone is super nice and moving in was so smooth and easy. I already knew my roommates previously so yes, my roommates are also so great! The apartments are nice and everyone living in them seems to be pretty mindful of everyone else and quiet most of the time.

3.5 stars, great community, ammeninties, and parking. Move-in was great and easy but it would be nice if the apartment was alot cleaner upon move in. Anything I touch that isnt in a bedroom feels like its in a thin layer of grease, common area floor is super gross (leaves bare feet dark), and finally there are scuffs & unpatched holes on bedroom walls. Would also be nice if they had us do a damage checklist on move-in that way they know what damage we did vs previous tenants (gives piece of mind when thinking about security deposit).

I was more than a little upset when I arrived at the pool, only to find it closed without any prior notice. I had been looking forward to a relaxing swim all day, and discovering that the pool was unexpectedly unavailable was quite frustrating. What made the situation even worse was the fact that I didn’t receive any email or communication informing me of the closure. An advance notice would have allowed me to adjust my plans accordingly or at least avoid the disappointment of showing up and being turned away. Effective communication is crucial in situations like this, especially when it involves services that people rely on for relaxation and exercise. I hope that in the future, better efforts will be made to inform patrons of any changes or disruptions to the schedule in a timely manner.

Moving in, we had several maintenance issues including not having a key to open one of the bedrooms as the door handle was not one given by the apartment. There's lots of quirks, like having a nonfunctional light switch and how the HOT and COLD are switched on one of the bathrooms.

the facilities are very nice and so are the people that work here and live here. the rooms are spacious and bathrooms have a mirror that spans an entire wall so that’s nice.

The space is great, the property is obviously well managed. But I told the office I was bringing a pet with me and asked what they needed from me on move in date for my pet and the response I got on the phone was confused and lacked clarity. When I asked if they needed specific paperwork the answer was “Uh maybe?” Just seemed like what should be basic knowledge with some of my questions were not able to be answered with confidence. Other than that the experience has been positive.

My daughter will be moving to Laramie from California in September for school . We were out scouting for a safe place for her to stay at. Walked into the office to get information and the two young men in the office were really nice and gave us a tour w/out an appointment. The property looked clean and well organized . They offer a great living environment for the students. We are unsure if we’ll be able to get my daughter an apartment here due to her stay timeline but we are hoping it works out..
