I have been here a few months and its been nice so far. Worth the price with good internet and trash. If you have good roommates like I do its not a big deal but iv lived in dorm style living a lot so having own bathroom is a plus.

When I first moved in,I was told my electric bill would be around $40–50 per month. That has never been the case,every bill has been over $100.Every interaction with the office staff feels helpless.There is never a clear answer,only repeated apologies and excuses about vendors supposedly coming next month.It often feels like these responses are just to get me out of the office. I walk away from every conversation feeling lied to.The staff either seem burned out, uninterested, or simply physically present without any real investment.As for the amenities, they are unreliable at best.The stair climber,for example,has been broken since I moved in,and I was told last August that a vendor was coming to repair it. That still hasn’t happened.Too many of the amenities function only half the time,despite being highlighted as part of the leasing experience.the combination of inflated utility bills,uncompassionate staff, and broken amenities makes this place fall far short of what was promised.

Its not the best Student housing but its not the worst either. Its not worth all that money they charge and to not be prorated. It almost took 3 months to receive my keyboard. The upstairs neighbors stomp all night long. On the flip side leasing management is nice, so that makes up for it. Its really the other residents that make the property unbearable sometimes. They have no home training or manners.

For the cost of rent, they're actually pretty good apartments. Each roommate has their own bathroom, closet, and bedroom. They're fully furnished, with appliances too.

My roommates are what makes my apartment great. Other than that we’ve had to put in work orders several times for the same things until they actually got fixed. Our dryer is something we need to put a work order in for but we’re scared that if we do we won’t get a replacement dryer for who knows how long. I like that they allow pets of all kinds to live in the apartment with us because it makes it feel more like a home instead of a temporary one.

I have extremely loud neighbors that stand in front of the stairs. I have personally made a formal complaint but nothing has changed. I was asked to film the noise but it is hard to understand the noise level over a video.

I think it's an apartment complex offering great amenities, yet, their "renovated" unites aren't all that renovated, often having evident signs of use from previous tenants.

My unit is big, spacious, and feels so comfortable—it really feels like home every time I walk through the door. the office staff is great but my room and my shared space wasn't clean when i came and the fact that my bathroom sink barely runs a water is ruining my whole experience here not to mention my rugs were full of glue got on everything i walked on

Not many complaints as far as the community goes. I don’t like that the pool closes when the office closes which is too early. We pay too much money to not be able to swim after a hard days work.

Wish they would give us fixed rent for residents that have been here more than a few years instead of letting us constantly experience the increase in market rate year to year. Also wish they would give us 24-48 hr notice before staff enters units especially if you have pets. For big or small projects. And it would be nice if they change the carpet for you while you live here instead of just after you move out. At least they have friendly staff it softens the blow lol and it's in a great location.

I’ve been living in this apartment for years and overall, it's been a positive experience. The unit is clean, modern, and gets great natural light. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The building is quiet and neighbors are respectful. My only complaint is the limited parking and occasional noise from the nearby street. Still, it's a great place for the price and location. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable home.

Two roommates here. I moved in the first thing I noticed was that the refrigerator wouldn't close, neither could the freezer, they were gapped open 2 inches with rubber seals coming off. There were cockroaches crawling around inside the refrigerator and someone had food in there. Not the fault of the management, as, they do not reside inside the unit. I blame the roommates! I called the office and they sent maintenance within the hour. Maintenance fixed it. Noone wants to be known as a snitch but management should guarantee that if you come forward, that they won't divulge who you are, which could end in violence.

The place is not well kept. When I moved in there were many things broken and paint chipped off. No ventilation in laundry room or ac vents so utilities is really expensive and water gets trapped in laundry room causing mold. I’ve been sick since I’ve moved in. Overall, barely livable

Not exactly what it is heavily promoted to be. For example, not just student housing. There are families walking around as well as older adults living there. Also quality of apartment is not the best as far as fixtures and repair work/paint jobs.

I’ve been a tenant at The Social Blue for nearly three years, and unfortunately, my experience has been riddled with issues. Most recently, when I tried to renew my lease, I was told the new lease agreement would be sent to me by the end of the day—which never happened. I was also assured by the staff that I could keep the same unit and room I was in, only to later find out that the lease had already been signed by someone else on the very same day I accepted the renewal offer. This lack of honesty and mismanagement was incredibly frustrating. The issues didn’t start there. When I moved into my current unit, they didn’t have it ready until nearly 3 PM, even though my lease stated I could move in at 9 AM. Once inside, I discovered black mold near the AC vent. Initially, the staff told me there was nothing they could do, but after escalating the issue to the property manager, they finally moved me to the unit I'm in now. Other problems include my mailbox key not working when I first moved in, requiring five different keys to be cut before it was resolved. Additionally, packages delivered on Sundays are left unsecured in front of the office doors, since the office is closed, leaving them vulnerable to theft. While I had hoped things would improve over time, it’s clear that mismanagement is a consistent issue here. If you're considering renting here, be prepared for significant headaches. My experience has been deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend this complex to anyone looking for reliable management, secure facilities, or clear communication.

I love my roommates. They did a roommates matching and I did a lease takeover. Management takes forever to get things done though. And half of the gym equipment doesn’t even work.

It’s been a pretty good stay so far! I am loving the witness center, the pool looks nice, rooms are what was expected, and living is fine. I would definitely recommend trying to find decent roommates before joining a 4x4 but I’m sure it could workout good either way. Some little things have been annoying, such as the stair master being broken the ENTIRE year.

Friendly staff and maintenance guys! Just wish they would higher maintenance women too for us ladies! Especially since they can't always give a 24-48 hr notice prior to work being done but other than that good job everybody!

Apartments are nice but environment is not great. My car got stolen from the parking lot and our upstairs neighbors made an absurd amount of noise despite the 3 noise complaints that were submitted.

The apartments are cute, not that well kept though. There is a lot of dry paint dust on our floor that we were unable to clean up and a few whole here and there. Other than that they are very nice. The location is convenient and the complex is well kept other than the over flowing trash. There is a very nice park area in the back with hammocks and grass that I like to hang out it.
